FAQ
How easy is it to install the wall mount?
The wall I intend to mount the TV bracket to is hollow; how do I install?
When the wall you intend to install your wall mount to is hollow, visit your local hardware store for mounting materials dedicated for hollow walls.
The wall I intend to mount the TV bracket to is made of wood, how do I install?
When you intend to install your wall mount on a wall made of wood, please make sure not to use the plugs; the screw should go into the wood directly.
The wall mount is blocking cables, how can I solve this?
Please use the longer screws from the screw set. It could be possible that you need longer screws than the ones included in the set. In this case, the necessary screws will be available at any hardware store.
What is the recommended height for mounting the wall mount?
You can download the ONE FOR ALL App onto your Smartphone and use the Height Finder functionality. The given recommendation is based on ergonomic testing.
When I extend the arms of the wall mount it is drooping a bit; what can I do?
Please make sure the mounted TV is within the supported weight range of the wall mount. Drooping up to 5 degrees is normal for a wall mount with extended arms. This is due to gravity. The wall mount has been designed with negative tilting to compensate for that and make sure the front of your TV is still straight. When you notice drooping, tilt the TV a bit backwards to compensate.
When I push the TV back to the wall, the Wall Mount is not leveled anymore. What causes this?
When folded back against the wall, the arms of the wall mount have been designed to be leveled when they are correctly folded in. But, for example, when the TV is back against the wall and the arms are turned completely extended to one side, this can result in the TV being not level exactly. Please make sure you always fold the arms when positioning the TV close to the wall.
