Eye Extender - Fig 1 Step 1:
Insert the USB Plug into TV for Power. You could also use another device to power the IR Extender, such as a Set Top Box, but it must output 5V power even when in Standby mode. To test if it is powered, point a working remote control towards it and press a button. The light should flash. ONE FOR ALL URC1000
Remote Eye Extender - Fig 2 Step 2:
Place the IR eye(s) inside the cabinet pointing towards your devices.
a) If there is room in the cabinet for clear line of sight to all devices, you can leave the eyes together and stick them to the inside of the cabinet door using the attached stickers
b) If the line of sight of one or more of the eyes is blocked, you can separate them and stick them to the door facing different devices
c) If you’d prefer, and you know the location of the IR Receiver on your devices, you can stick the eyes directly to the devices in front of the IR Receiver. ONE FOR ALL URC1000 Remote Eye Extender - Fig
3 Step 3:
Close the cabinet door(s) and place IR Receiver where it is visible and has a clear line of sight to the remote (e.g. top of cabinet) You should now be able to control all your devices with the door of your cabinet closed.
