ASRock AI QuickSet Software Installation Guide

System Requirements

Hardware Requirement

CPU| Intel® 14th/13th Gen Core™ Processors AMD Ryzen™ 7000/5000 Series Processors

Operating System| Microsoft Windows 11 22H2 64-bit and later update
Driver**| The latest driver for AMD Graphics***

Note

  • ASRock AI QuickSet software supports only the platforms that are equipped with ASRock AMD Radeon™ RX 7000 series graphics cards.

  • The Windows 11 22H2 64-bit and later update should be in a clean install, and please also run the Windows Update to make it up to date as below status.
    System Requirements

  • You can find and download the latest driver of AMD Graphics here: https://www.amd.com/en/support

Software Installation

  1. Download the AI QuickSet installer. Check to see if it is the version one you prefer. Then double click it to start the installation.

  2. Welcome page, click “Next”.

  3. Please read the license agreement. If you agree it, please choose “I accept the agreement” and then click “Next”.

  4. Select the folder where to install this software, and then click “Next”.

  5. Select the components you preferred to install, and then click “Next”.

  6. Verify every tasks and items, and then click “Install” to start to install all selected components immediately.

  7. The installing process may take at least 5 minutes. Actual time spent may vary by your system configuration and network speed. Please wait until it is done.

  8. When the installing process is done, click “Finish” to exit the setup.

  9. After the installation, you can find the launchers for your installed AI applications at below location.

  10. Shortcuts in the Start Menu\All apps\AI QuickSet group

How To Run The AI Applications

DirectML Shark

  1. Click “Launch DirectML Shark”.

  2. When you launch it first time, please wait for the initialization and the downloading of the necessary files. These processes may take a few minutes.

  3. Click “Allow” to continue,

  4. When the Shark AI Studio panel shows up, please do the following steps.
    A. Choose “stabilityai/stable-diffusion-2-1” model in “Models” menu.
    B. After A is done, Click “Generate Image(s)” button, it will start to download and apply the “stable-diffusion-2-1” model. At first time, it may takes a few more minutes.

  5. You can also key in some customized prompts, and do detail settings in “Advanced Options” to generate more unique images

Stable Diffusion web UI (with normal backend)

  1. Click “Launch Stable Diffusion web UI”.

  2. Wait for the installation and download of the necessary files. These processes may take a few more minutes at first time.

  3. When (2) is done, the Stable Diffusion web UI will pop up automatically. As it is the first time to run this application, please select the “v1-5-pruned-emaonly.safetensors” model in “Stable Diffusion checkpoint” column.

  4. Now you can do the following steps to create images: (A) Key in the prompt you prefer in “txt2img” column, and then (B) click the “Generate” button.

Stable Diffusion web UI ONNX (with ONNX backend)

  1. Click “Launch Stable Diffusion web UI ONNX”

  2. Wait for the installation and download of the necessary files. These processes may take a few more minutes at first time.

  3. When (2) is done, the Stable Diffusion web UI will pop up automatically. As it is the first time to run this application, please select the “stable-diffusion-v1-5-olive [Optimized]” model in “Stable Diffusion checkpoint” column.

  4. Now you can create images by the following steps: (A) Key in the prompt you prefer in “txt2img” column, and then (B) click the “Generate” button.

Software Uninstallation

  1. Under Windows 11 22H2, open your “Account Settings” page, and then click “Installed apps” button in Apps menu.

  2. Find “AI QuickSet” software. Click the “…” to extend the sub menu, and then click “Uninstall”.

  3. Click “Yes” to start the uninstall process.

  4. Wait a while for the uninstall process.

  5. Uninstall successfully. Click “OK” to finish the uninstall process.

  • Please make sure your network is connected properly, and then click “Retry”.

  • Please close the current “Stable Diffusion” page, and then run “Launch Stable Diffusion web UI ONNX” again.

Kernel Not Found

  • Please close the current “Stable Diffusion” page, and then run “Launch Stable Diffusion web UI ONNX” again.

Pip Install Failed

  • Please click “OK” and then run “Launch Stable Diffusion web UI ONNX” again.

  • Please reboot your computer and install AI QuickSet again.
