Installing the WiFi Module
- Locate the WiFi Module slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the WiFi Module into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the WiFi Module to the motherboard.
Installing M.2 SSD (Type 2280)
- Locate the M.2 slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the M.2 SSD (Type 2280) into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the M.2 SSD (Type 2280) to the motherboard.
Installing VESA Bracket
- Release the screw and carefully remove the M.2 SSD (Type 2280) at a 30-degree angle.
- Locate the M.2 slot on the motherboard. Install the standoff.
- Carefully insert the M.2 SSD (Type 2242) into the slot at a 30-degree angle and tighten the screw to secure it to the motherboard.

- Warranty of host of iBOX Ultra 100 Series (casing excluded): 2 years
- Our warranty does not cover the casing of the product, the metal frame and fastenings and screws, or packaging accessories.
- Data stored in the product may be lost as a result of the repair work or re-formatting of the hard drive disk. We does not provide data recovery services or data storage. Please back up your data regularly to protect the data and avoid loss. WiFi Module: How to Install the WiFi Module
- Locate the WiFi Module slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the WiFi Module into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the WiFi Module to the motherboard.
M.2 SSD: How to Install the M.2 SSD (Type 2280)
- Locate the M.2 slot on the motherboard.
- Carefully insert the M.2 SSD (Type 2280) into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Tighten the screw to secure the M.2 SSD (Type 2280) to the motherboard.
M.2 SSD: How to Remove Type 2280 and Install Type 2242
- Release the screw and carefully remove the M.2 SSD (Type 2280) at a 30-degree angle.

2.5-inch Hard Drive: How to Install the Hard Drive

Remove the six screws on the bottom case. up and remove the bottom case.

Connect the SATA Data and Power Cable to the HDD.

Attach the HDD cage to the bottom panel and secure it with the four screws.

Connect the SATA Cable to the connector.

Ten reinstalls the bottom case.
SO-DIMM Slots: How to Install the Memory Modules (DDR5 Voltage (1.1V))
- Carefully insert the SO-DIMM memory modules into the slot at a 30-degree angle.
- Push down until the modules snap into place.
Note :
- iBOX Ultra 100 Series requires DDR5 SO-DIMM (1.1V).
- For dual channel conguration, you always need to install identical (the same brand, speed, size and chip-type) DDR5 SO-DIMM pairs.
Removal of the Membranes
How to Install the VESA Bracket
- Attach the two screws to the base of the iBOX Ultra 100 Series.
- Attach the VESA Bracket to the rear of a compatible display using the four screws. *Choose mounting holes depending on the mounting hole pattern of your LCD screen (75 mm × 75 mm or 100 mm × 100 mm).
- Mount the iBOX Ultra 100 Series by sliding it into place.
How to Install the Wall Mounting Brackets
- Attach the wall mounting brackets to the base of the iBOX Ultra 100 Series and secure them with screws.
- iBOX Ultra 100 Series is installed with the wall mounting brackets.
Positions of the iBOX Ultra 100 Series
e iBOX Ultra 100 Series can be placed in vertical or horizontal position .
*Please note that keeping the iBOX Ultra 100 Series in a vertical position will ensure better cooling performance.

How to Install the Din Rail Mounting Bracket
- Attach the Din Rail Bracket to the base of the iBOX Ultra 100 Series.
- Secure it with screws.

Din Rail Bracket is not provided by default.
