Instructions
Troubleshooting USB issues with M1-based MacBook
If you are experiencing USB connection issues with your Thunderbolt™ 3 dock
while using it with an M1based MacBook®, there are some simple troubleshooting
steps you can follow to help remedy the issue.
Step 1:
Shut down your MacBook.
Step 2:
Remove power from your dock.
Step 3:
Disconnect the Thunderbolt 3 cable from your computer and switch to the
Thunderbolt port it is connected to on your MacBook.
Step 4:
Reconnect power to your dock and then turn your MacBook back ON.
Following these steps should bring back any USB connections on your dock and
make them stable again. For more help on USB devices being disabled on your
