Charger
When the battery is low power (<20%), please recharge it using the provided
power charger. The charging time is about 4-5 hours. The working time after
full charging is approximately 6-8 hours.
Note : To ensure the battery has a longer lifespan, please recharge it timely. Failure to do so may result in battery damage.
Failure and Diagnosis
If you encounter any problems or faults with the product, refer to the

Solution : Check the battery connection and ensure it is properly inserted and charged. -
Problem: Can’t record videos
Solution : Check the memory card and ensure it is inserted correctly. Also, check the available storage space on the memory card. -
Problem: Can not be charged
Solution : Make sure the charger is properly connected to a power source and the device. Check for any damage to the charger or charging port. -
Problem: The camera probe lights up but the screen shows no signal
Solution : Check the cable connection between the camera probe and the device. Ensure it is securely connected.

Device Install
The following are the steps to install the pulley
- Loosen the 4 screws and expand the space of the pulley
- Put the pulley on the camera probe
- Put the screws back and tighten
The following are the steps to install the protective case
- Use the mini screwdriver to loosen the white screw
- Put the camera protective case on the camera head
- Use the mini screwdriver to tighten the white screws

Failure and Diagnosis

Can’t record videos
| a. Whether the SD card is inserted correctly;
b. Insufficient SD card memory, format the SD card to try again;

Can not be charged| a. Is the DC adapter plug-in correctly;
b. Check if the indicator light of the DC adapter is on.
The camera probe lights up but the screen shows “no signal”
| a. Check whether the camera probe end is damaged or rusty;
b. Adjust the camera probe and turn it slowly to confirm whether it is loose;
c. Check that connections are well connected and make sure all cables are properly connected;
d. You can use a multimeter to test the device parts one by one,
find out the damaged parts, and contact us for replacement.
