Feeding issue
Problem Description :| Machine happens feeding hardly, double error, chain
error, skew error, jam issue, miss counted

Reason:| Feeding gap is not in a properly distance
Solution :| Adjust the feeding gap to the properly distance as following
picture shows
Electromagnetic issue
Problem Description:| 1. Machine happens BC error
2. jam issue

Solution:| 1. Check the shelf holder of electromagnetic if loosen
2. Check the electromagnetic itself can be movable

counting

Data Process Error | Data processing over time limit |
Denomination Error | Denomination don’t match with count set |
Image Error | Counterfeit or Data recognize problem |
Face Error | Face of note doesn’t match with count set |
Orientation Error | Orientation of note doesn’t match with count set |
DOI Error | Date of Issue for note doesn’t match with count set |
Version Error | Version of note doesn’t match with count set |
MT Error | Note has magnetic problem |
MT2 Error | Note has magnetic problem |
MG1 Error | Note has magnetic problem |
