IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This product is suitable for use in wet locations.
- Do not hang any objects on the product. Mechanical loads may damage the product.
- Risk of burns! Do not touch the light source or the housing during use.
- Ensure the voltage given on the rating label or in the instruction manual complies with the power supply.
- Do not use the product if the parts are damaged, the product does not work properly, or if the product is damaged.
- Do not stare at the operating light source or direct the beam at other people or animals, to prevent eye damage.
- Assemble/install the product according to the intended use and as described in this manual.
- Do not assemble/install the product in adverse ambient conditions or in rooms, where heat sources, hot steam, corrosive gas, flammable gas, vapors, or dust are present.
- The operating ambient temperature of the product is -25 – +55°C; store the product and its accessories under -20 – +65°C. Do not use the product under conditions with extremely high or low temperatures.
- Ensure the mounting surface (e. g. wall surface etc.) can load the weight of the product.
- Do not assemble/install the product under live conditions.
- To avoid personal hazards and product damage, keep the children or pets away from the product and its accessories during assembly/installation
- There are no parts inside the product that can be repaired by the user.
- Do not install the product in the electric circuit loop with a dimmer.
- If the external flexible cable or cord is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer, the service center, or aqualified specialiststo avoid hazards.
- The light source and the power supply driver of this product are not replaceable When the light source or power supply driver reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

Tools needed
WARNING : If you are not sure how to mount/install the product, consult a local specialist technician. The winning installation shall be strictly applied in compliance with the local regulations, rules, and national electrical codes
Installation
Before installation
- The product shall be mounted vertically on a flat surface of the wall.
- Input voltage: local mains supply
- Mount the product at a height of 1 – 4 m. The optimal mounting height is 2.4 m.
WARNING : Switch off the power supply before mounting the product.
NOTE : Find a place to mount the product, where the power line (live, neutral, and earthing) is available.
OPTION 1 – with junction box
- Step 1: Fixing the mounting plate
1. The bar-shaped mounting plate only matches the standard junction box with an installation pitch of 88.9 mm.
2. Make sure the bar-shaped mounting plate is firmly tightened with the 2 fixing bolts.- Step 2: Installing the wires
- Brown – live wire (L)
- Blue – neutral wire (N)
- Yellow-green – earthing wire (PE)
- Strip the wires 9.5 mm, if necessary.
- Connect the brown live wire with the L-terminal.
- Connect the blue neutral wire with the N-terminal. Connect the yellow-green earthing wire with the terminal.
- Step 3: Mounting the product
1. Insert the mounting bolt through the center of the housing and rear cover.
2. Align the mounting bolt through the center of the sealing gasket to hold it in place.
3. Align the mounting bolt with the center hole of the bar-shaped mounting plate.
4. Position the housing and sealing gasket over the junction box.
5. Use a screwdriver to screw the mounting bolt into the mounting plate, until the product is securely fixed
6. Fit the rubber screw cap onto the mounting bolt.OPTION 2 – without a junction box
- Step 1: Fixing the Nylon dowel
1. Use a proper impact drill to drill a hole (0 8 x 50 mm) on the wall.
2. Fully insert the Nylon dowel into the hole.- Step 2: Installing the wires
- Brown – live wire (L)
- Blue – neutral wire (N)
- Yellow-green – earthing wire (PE)
- Strip the wires 9.5 mm, if necessary.
- Connect the brown live wire with the L-terminal.
- Connect the blue neutral wire with the N-terminal.
- Connect the yellow-green earthing wire with the terminal.
- Step 3: Mounting the product
1. Insert the self-tapping screw through the center of the housing and the rear cover.
2. Align the self-tapping screw through the center of the sealing gasket to hold it in place.
3. Align the self-tapping screw with the Nylon dowel.
4. Use a screwdriver to screw it into the Nylon dowel, until the product is securely fixed.
5. Fit the rubber screw cap onto the self-tapping screw.Settings

Switch on the circuit breaker and the product.
NOTE : For the first use / switching-on, the motion sensor requires to warm up for 1.5 minutes, before it can capture any motion. -
Set the working mode switch to the test mode (Test) and then turn the Range control knob to the middle position (between the maximum and minimum settings).
NOTE : Set the Lux control knob to halfway, to get a better performance.
Cautions
- Keep the product away from any objects with rapid temperature fluctuations, such as heating air vents or air conditioners. These heat sources may result in activation faults.
- The product may be activated/switched on by moving pets or passing vehicles.
- Nearby large-sized light-colored objects, which reflect light may also activate the switching-on of the product. Do not direct any type of light towards the motion sensor.
- NOTE : Adjust the motion sensor downwards to shorten the sensing distance, if the product is mounted at a height over 2.4 m. The motion sensor has a lower sensitivity to objects moving towards it.
- Move through the test area and note your position, when the product turns on (LED light source will illuminate continuously for several minutes when any motion signal is captured).
- Adjust the motion sensor upwards, downwards, or sidewards to change the sensing distance.
- The distance between the motion sensor and the lamp heads shall be at least 25 mm.
- Rotate the Range control knob, if necessary. A sensing range that is too large may result in an activation fault.
- If the motion sensor is loose, tighten the clamping screw. Do not overtighten the clamping screw
- Turn the Time control knob to set the operating time from 1 – 10 minutes according to your needs.
- WARNING: Frequent switching on/off the product will reduce the product’s lifespan.
- WARNING: Keep the product away from any fire sources.
- WARNING: The light source and the power supply driver of this product are not replaceable. When the light source or power supply driver reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
Working mode
NOTE : When using/switching on the product for the first time, wait for 1 – 2 minutes for the electrical circuit to automatically calibrate
Functions
Test
Test mode
The product works for 5 seconds during the day or night when in test mode. It
was designed to check whether the motion sensor can work properly.
Auto
Auto mode
The product only works for 1 – 10 minutes at night when in auto mode. It
depends on the operating time you set. If you switch off the product for 1 – 2
seconds and then switch it on, the product will work constantly for up to 8
hours at night. To back to the auto-mode, switch off the product and then
switch it on again. It will also automatically back to auto mode when it is
bright around (> 150 lux).
On-Time
Direct-control mode
(with the on/off switch) Both in the daytime and nighttime, the LED light
source will light up, when the product is switched on and lights off when the
product is switched off.
D2D
Night time constant-on mode
The LED light source lights up automatically at dusk and lights off
automatically at dawn when in D2D mode.
Lux
Control knob for brightness sensitivity
The Lux control knob is designed to set the brightness value for the motion
sensor. If the ambient brightness is higher than your settings, it is defined
as “daytime” and the LED light source does not light up. If the ambient
brightness is lower than your settings, it is defined as “night time” and the
LED light source lights up.
NOTE : The recommended setting is halfway of the Lux dial. A high Lux setting will cause the LED light source to light up all the time; while a low Lux setting will cause the LED light source to flash.
Time
Control knob for operating time
The Time control knob is designed to set the operating time of the continuous
lighting, once the motion signal is detected. The minimum setting is 1 minute
and the maximum is 10 minutes.
Range
Control knob for the sensing range
The Range control knob is designed to set the sensing range. Turn the Range
control knob counterclockwise to decrease the sensing range, while clockwise
to increase the sensing range.
NOTE : When you switch on the product, the LED light source is illuminated for approx. 35 seconds. It is called the “wake-up process”. After the “wake-up process”, switch the product to the desired working mode. Apart from the On Time mode, the LED light source will flash several times after switching between each of the working modes.
