Safety Precautions
- Keep batteries away from sources of ignition, moisture and children.
- Do not disassemble, modify, crush or burn the battery privately, avoid dropping the battery.
- Batteries will lose power if left unused for a long time. When using it for the first time or using it again after a long period of time, please charge the batteries first before use.
- Be sure to use the battery in the corresponding equipment, and stop using it when any abnormality occurs (swelling, leakage, odor, heat or discoloration of the battery).
- Do not power the device beyond the maximum power allowed by the battery.
- The battery should be used in the environment with temperature between (-10 and 60°C), otherwise it may damage the battery, reduce battery life, or even cause fire and danger.
- Do not touch the battery that is being charged or in use for a long time to avoid burns from elevated temperatures in a certain area.
- Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery socket, and do not connect in reverse direction; avoid metal (such as necklaces, hairpins, etc.) to avoid directly connecting the positive and negative poles of the battery causing safety hazards.
- Do not use it in places with strong static electricity and strong magnetic field, otherwise it can destroy the battery safety protection device easily and cause potential dangers.
- When the battery is not in use, remove the battery from the electric equipment in a timely manner and repeat the charging and discharging process every 6 months to extend the battery life.
- Operating temperature : Charging temperature: 0°C to 45°C; discharge temperature: -10°C to 60°C.
- Storage temperature: One month: -20°C to 60°C; three months: -20°C to 45°C; one year: -20°C to 20°C.
- Storage humidity: 60:15%.
- Please dispose scrapped batteries in accordance with local regulations.

- Q1: What safety guarantees does the battery have?
- Al: V-Mount battery supports overcharge protection, Overdischarge protection, short-circuit protection, charging overcurrent protection, discharging overcurrent protection and over-temperature protection.
- Q2: When the 99 Wh V-Mount battery operates on multiple interfaces simultaneously, how is the power of each interface distributed?
- A2 : When using multiple interfaces to connect to a 99 Wh V-Mount battery at the same time, the battery distributes the total power of the battery based on the power requirements of each interface and the priority used by the discharging interface. When the total rated power is subtracted from the power of each discharged interface, the remaining power is allowed to be discharged if it can satisfy the rated power discharge of the interface, otherwise discharge is prohibited. The total output power of all interfaces should not exceed 99 Wh. It is recommended to allocate the power reasonably and avoid prolonged high-load usage.

- A3: V-Mount batteries can be carried on the airplane. Generally speaking, airlines stipulate that the rated capacity of a single lithium-ion battery shall not exceed 100 Wh, and the number and capacity of batteries may be specified, etc., so you need to pay attention to check the relevant regulations.
- Q4: What is the operating temperature of V-Mount battery?
- A4: The battery is recommended to be used in a temperature environment of -10 – 60°C, otherwise it may damage the battery and reduce the battery life; its power will be significantly reduced at extreme low temperatures. In addition, charging at low temperatures may result in reduced battery performance.
