Charging Instructions
TIPS: When using the product for the first time, please use a DC 5V-1A
adapter to fully charge the product for about 10h.
There are two options to generate the daily charging of the device:
- Use a DC 5V-1A/2A adapter to charge the battery

Product Connection
- Insert the SIM card into the device with the power off, then restart the device.

TIPS: The complimentary SIM card has been optimized for this device. SIM card includes 100MB of complimentary data, which can be recharged once fully used up.

2. Download the App:
Two download methods:
1. Search for “UBox” to download using the App Store or Google Play.
2. Scan the QR code to download
Supporting devices: Smartphones, excluding iPad/PC/NVR. Supporting systems:
Andorid 5.0 and above, iOS 10.0 and above.
Please open all App permissions during installation to ensure connectivity and
permission to receive alerts and notifications.
TIPSI: During the APP installation process, there will be a E number of
“open permissions” notifications, including: notifications, access to the
photos, access to the microphone, access to the network. Please enable the
appropriate permissions.
3. **Register your account using your email**

Tips : Reasons for unsuccessful registration:
1. The mobile phone network is not activated, or the App does not have permission to access network and location.
2. Mailboxes with att.net, msn.com, or hotmail.com suffixes may not Receive an authentication code.
3. If you do not receive the authentication code, please check your junk mailbox.
4. **Add a device:
** Click “Add a device’ in the App, select “Setup 4G Device”, and m continue adding according to instructions in the App.
TIPS: Failure to find/add device
- Possible reasons: the SIM card is not inserted, the SIM card is not inserted correctly, the operator of the SIM card is not compatible with the camera, the SIM card has no signal in local area, there’s no traffic in SIM card, the app usage permissions are not fully opened, or the APN of the SIM card is not correctly filled in.
- Ensure the phone is in a stable position when scanning the QR code, and keep a distance of 10-15cm between the mobile phone and the lens.
- Restart the device and try again;
- Please contact customer service at security@kfconcept.com if attempts to connect remain unsuccessful.
Product Installation
- Place the device in the area you intend to use it; and open the App to ensure the monitoring picture is smooth. If it is, move to the next step. m
- Install the device at a height of 2-3 meters above the ground (the installation position should not be at a 90° angle to the ground) so as to maximize the effectiveness of the infrared sensor.
TIPS:
- If amoving object approaches the PIR sensor vertically, the camera may not be able to detect any motion.
- The PIR should be placed in a location with adequate airflow which is not exposed to extreme sunlight or cold. Excessive temperature or light fluctuation may lead to malfunction.
- Keep the camera at least Im away from any wireless device to avoid interference.

If you use the 4G SIM card included with product, you can recharge it in the following ways: -
105 system mobile phone: scan the QR code on the SIM card package and follow instructions to recharge

Activity detection setting
If the camera is placed in an area with frequent traffic and movement, it is recommended that the Detection sensitivity is turned off or set to low sensitivity, so as to avoid unnecessary alters and drain battery life

FAQs
- Fail to turn on
- Make sure you have turned on the power button.
- Please use a DC 5V-1A/2A power adapter to charge the battery. The light does not prompt – out of power
- Connection problems
- Device not binding: the SIM card is not inserted correctly, the SIM requires recharge, or App permission has not been enabled.
- Device offline: the device has no power, the SIM card has no balance, device signal weak (App display below 2 grids).
- If you cannot view the video remotely, ensure that the mobile phone network signal is sufficient.
- The PIR sensor can not trigger an alarm
- Please make sure that the camera working.
- Please make sure that the camera is installed in the correct position, © Please make sure that the distance and sensitivity of the PIR are set properly.
