Positioning of the camera
In the TEST mode, it is beneficial to determine the best possible detection angle and range of the motion sensor. First, open the TEST mode and operate as follows: Please fix the camera on a tree or other suitable object about 1 – 2 m high, and adjust the direction as required;
Move slowly from one side of the observation area to the other side, moving parallel to the camera, and observing the indicator.
If the red indicator lights up, it means you are detected by the motion sensor, according to the detection range, and find the best position for the appropriate camera.
Note: To prevent unnecessary photos, we recommend not pointing the camera straight in the direction of sunlight. Make sure that the camera height is consistent with the area to be observed. Do not set the camera too close to the tree branches to avoid irrelevant triggering.
Working mode
When the switch is set to the ON position, the camera enters the working mode.
The screen will enter the STANDBY mode after a countdown of 15 seconds. Once a moving object is detected to enter the PIR detection range, the sensor will activate the camera to shoot/record.
Connect to the computer
The camera can be connected to the computer through the attached mini USB to view the existing photos/videos.
