EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX

1. Press the button on the collar once to turn it on, you will feel a short Vibrate to confirm it has been turned on.
2. Press the button to verify that the remote training mode is working. If it does not work properly, you need to pair them.
3. Hold the button on the collar for 3 seconds, you will hear a short beep and LED light will flash green to confirm it is in pairing status.
4. Press the button on the remote within 1 0 seconds, you will hear a long beep from the collar, this confirms the pairing is complete.

WHAT IS THE BUTTON USE FOR

1. Press the button once to TURN IT ON. you will feel a short Vibrate from the collar.
2. Double click the button quickly to TURN IT OFF, You will feel a long Vibrate to confirm it has been turned OFF.
3. Hold the button for 3 seconds into the Pairing Status, you will hear a short beep from the collar.
4. In the ANTI BARK MODE, Hold the button less than 3 seconds per time to choose the right sensitivity level fit your dog barks.

WHAT IS THE TOGGLE SWITCH USE FOR

1. you have one dog, pairing the collar in the Channel 1, Channel 2 is turn off the collar.
2. If you have two dogs, pairing one collar in the Channel 1, another one pairing to Channel 2.
3. Be sure that you was pairing the collar with remote before. then you can change to Channel A to use the ANTI BARK MODE.
4. In the ANTI BARK MODE, you need to choose one of mode to fit your dog by press one of  buttons. As small dog use the BEEP ANTI BARK MODE.

If you have two dogs, when you change to Channel A position, both of the collar changed to ANTI BARK MODE. Channel 1/2 is use for REMOTE TRAINING MODE

FIND THE RIGHT SENSITIVITY LEVEL

Sometimes you need to find out the right sensitivity level to fit your dog barks. there are 5 levels for you to choose.
Hold the button less than 3 seconds per time to choose the sensitivity level. when you hear a long beep, it is level 5. Level 5 is highest sensitive. easy to work when the dog barks. and gets more false trigger from other high DB voice.

HOW TO FIT COLLAR ON YOUR DOG

The collar size is adjustable to fit your dog’s neck between 9″ and 26″. If your dog’s neck circumference is smaller than 9″ or larger than 26″, It is not suitable. Collar should not be worn by dogs under 1 O pounds. A well-fitted collar is essential for ensuring that the two metal probe contact points press firmly against the dog’s skin, which will foster training efficiency and quality.

CORRECT WEAR THE COLLAR:

Collar under dog’s neck on the throat.
Both of contact points touch the neck skin. Enough space to fit one finger snugly in between the collar strap and the dog’s skin.
When you adjust the collar to fit your dog’s neck there was an excessive amount hanging over if you want to cut the excessive amount off. Please burn the end of the collar to prevent the whole thing frayed.

COMMON ISSUES

WHY THE ANTI BARK MODE DOESN’T WORK

1. Make sure the collar was paired with remote before
2. Make sure the toggle switch on Channel A position.
3. Make the collar under dog’s neck on the throat, and enough space to fit one finger snugly in between the collar strap and the dog’s skin. (long hair dog have to smooth out his fur around his neck) DO NOT WORN OVER 12 HOURS
4. Make sure both of (metal probes) contact points touch the neck skin. NO TOUCH, NO WORK!
5. Find the right sensitivity level to fit your dog barks. level 1 is hard to work, level 5 is easy to work, and gets more false triggers too. you can hold the button on the collar less than 3second to adjust the sensitivity level. Because hold over 3 seconds is into the pairing status.
6. Scratching the collar is wrong test way for our collar.
7. Put the collar under your throat and touch your neck skin, a loud saying “Wu … ” to testing the collar is working.
8. If you done all of the above, CONTACT US to get new one.

Kept on the Channel what you paired, sometimes you will changed to another channel, so it is nothing happen when you press one of buttons.
Be sure the intensity level is not 0, If not, you will see the BEEP work well but the VIBRATE and SHOCK doesn’t work.

if you get the item looks like old or appears to be second-hand, it come with dog hair, smelled a dog’s smell, lost accessories, please contact us in your order OR our Service Mail to get new one.

WHY THE COLLAR IS NOT WATERPROOF

1. The collar started going off randomly beeping and vibrating for no reason. which means the water gets into the collar.
2. The collar worked great while lasted a month and stopped working completely.
3. Collar constantly turns off even after fresh charge. Doesn’t tum on properly even charge fully.
4. There are nothing happen when I press the button on the collar or the remote. and nothing happen when I charging.

Sometimes we forgot to put the rubber cover fully sealed OR not fully sealed on the charging port after the collar charged fully. so it will not be waterproof.
Kept the rubber cover fully sealed that you will found the collar 100°/4 waterproof and gets long life.

The collar burned my dog, I spent a lot money to treating my dog.

DO NOT WORN THE COLLAR OVER 12 HOURS

These collars can cause pressure necrosis if used incorrectly and is often misidentified as burns. So make sure enough space to fit one finger snugly in between the collar strap and the dog’s skin. also, the (metal probes) contact points must touch the neck skin both.

ASSURES SAFE YOUR DOG

Do not attach a leash to this collar; It can result in severe injury by pushing the contact points too tightly against a dog’s neck.
Do not wear the collar too tight may cause neck’s skin damage;

Do not wear the collar on your dog over 12 hours per day; If possible, reposition the collar on the dog’s neck every 2 hours.

Please check your dog’s skin everyday to avoid ranging from redness to pressure ulcers (commonly known as bed sores).

Keep charge the collar per 30 day to extend the battery life if not use.

Keep the collar out of reach of dog. they always chewing the collar.

Do not use this collar if your dog is aggressive, or if your dog is prone to aggressive behavior. If you unsure whether this collar is appropriate for your dog, please consult your veterinarian or certified trainer.
