Product Usage Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
2. Bluetooth Pairing: Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for the “M11” speaker. Select it to connect.
3. TF/AUX Mode: Insert a TF card or connect an external audio device using the AUX cable.
4. USB Mode: Connect a USB storage device to the speaker using the USB port.
5. Volume Control: Use the “+” and “-” buttons to adjust the volume.
6. LED Indicator: The LED will display different colors and patterns to indicate the speaker’s status.
7. TWS Pairing: To connect two M11 speakers in TWS mode, refer to the user manual or visit the product website for detailed instructions.

Status and Notifications

• Power on/off: Long press “M” button(on the back of the speaker)for 5s, you will hear a prompt tone.For turn on, the white light at the top of the speaker flashes after the prompt tone ends. For turn off, the white light will go off after the prompt tone ends.
• Charging: While being charging, there is a red light on on the back of the speaker(next to the AUX input). When fully charged, the red light will go off and the white light will keep flashing, which also means the speaker is on.
• Power Display: Please connect the speaker to your device, then swipe down the screen and you will see MIl’s power display is next to your device’s battery status.

Playback Modes and Operations

1. Bluetooth Mode: Turn on the speaker, you will hear a prompt tone, and the white light flashes. Then activate the bluetooth on your device, find and choose “MI1” to connect, the white light will stop flashing and keep on when they connected successfully.
2. AUX input Mode: The Aux cord is included with the package, just use it connect with you device to play music.
3. TF Card: Supports up to 32GB TF card(not included in package).

How to use TWS function?

• Situation 1:
  If you purchase two M11 speakers and never paired with your device.
  Please operate as the steps below:

  • Step 1 : Turn both of them on, and you will see the white lights keep flashing, which means the speakers are on and ready to work.
  • Step 2: Pick any one of them and press the “M” button three times quickly and wait for few seconds. The pairing between two speakers is done when you see one white light keeps flashing and the other one stops flashing and keeps on.
  • Step 3: Activate the bluetooth on your device, find and choose “M11” to connect and it will be done within 2 seconds, then you can enjoy TWS.

• Situation 2:
  If one or both of them have paired with your device, then you need to unpair it/them with this device before you use TWS function.

  • Step 1: Turn on the speaker and it will connect to your device automatically. Then click “disconnect” on your bluetooth settings, you will hear a prompt tone and the white light keeps flashing,means they have disconnected successfully.
    (Notice: If all the speakers have paired with your device before, you need unpair them with your device one by one, don’t turn them on at the same time)

  • Step2: Repeat “step 2 and step 3 of Situation 1 and you can enjoy the music.(if that not works, please turn them off manually and try again by the steps mentioned above)

How to unpair between two speakers?

Click the “M” button 3 times quickly of any one of them, then you can play the music through a single speaker.

Auto-Reconnection Function

The last paired device will connect to M11 speaker automatically by default after the first connection.So you just need to turn it on and activate the bluetooth of your device next time.

Troubleshooting

1. Speaker can’t be turn on?
   Long press “M” button for 3s and still not working,please charge it for 10-20mins and try again, meanwhile,please check if the charging indicator lights up or not, if not, the battery may be defective. Please contact us for help. (Email address: pk9990@163.com)

2. Speaker can’t be connected to your device?
   Please turn off the speaker, forget “MI1” on your bluetooth search list. Then turn on the speaker and activate bluetooth to try again.Still not working, please contact us for help.

3. What if my speaker broke and the warranty has passed?
   We aim to offer the best service to our customers, for this case, we offer 30-50% discount for those consumers who truly love Sanag to get a brand new product.

Precautions

• Please fully charge the product before the first use.
• Do not disassemble or repair this product for any reason,otherwise it may cause fire, electronic breakdown or even completely damage.
• Do not soak the product in liquid for long time even it is waterproof. If the charging is finished,please disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger. For continuous charging time, please no more than 12 hours.
• Please do not dispose of the battery in the old household garbage. Improper disposal may lead to battery failure. In case of fire or explosion,please comply with local regulations to handle this product, battery and other accessories.
• It is forbidden to disassemble, impact,squeeze or put the battery into the fire.In case of serious expansion,please do not continue to use It.
• Do not repair this product by yourself.
