Can I charge it with phone cases?
Yes, but only support Magsafe cases. Not compatible with regular cases, metal cases, or cases with credit card slots.
What should I do if the Magnet is not holding my phone?
- Make sure your phone has Magsafe function. Compatible models include the iPhone 12/13/14/15 series.
- Check if your phone case is a MagSafe case. Not compatible with regular cases, metal cases, or cases with credit card slots.
Why does it take longer charging time than wall plug charging?
Apple mobile phones have a maximum input limit protocol, and the maximum input power is 7.5W. Charging with the AGPTEK Magnetic Wireless Charger will be slower compared to charging directly with a wall plug.
What should I do if it’s not working?
- Use the provided 18W adapter and cable. Do not use a 5V/1A adapter as it may not provide enough power.
- Ensure your phone/watch/earbuds support wireless charging. Magnetic charging is supported for the iPhone 12/13/14/15 series. Flat-lay charging without magnetic function is supported for iPhone 8/10/11/SE, Samsung S Series, and Google Pixel.
What should I do if it becomes hot when charging?
The AGPTEK wireless charger provides over-temperature protection, battery protection, overcharge/discharge protection, and foreign object detection for safer charging while maintaining efficient heat dissipation. It is normal for the charger to get a little warm due to energy conversion. If it becomes extremely hot, please try the following suggestions:
- Use the provided QC3.0 adapter and cable. Do not use a 5V/1A adapter as it may not provide enough power supply.
- Avoid using a metal phone case or putting credit cards inside. The charger only supports MagSafe cases.
- Check if the USB socket is securely plugged in to avoid poor contact.
