Veise C134 Smart Lock
Product Information
The lock is a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock that requires the DDLock App to operate. It features a keypad for manual entry and a master code for security. The lock can be paired with your phone via Bluetooth for remote control and monitoring.
Product Usage Instructions
- Reset the lock and verify if the original master code (123456) works.
- Turn on Bluetooth in your phone’s settings.
- Wake up the keypad screen by touching it with your palm.
- Keep the screen always on during the pairing process.
- Download the DDLock App from Google Play or App Store.
- Open the app and tap on “register” to get started.
- Fill out the required information and tap “Get Code”.
- A verification code will be sent to the email address you registered. Enter the code in the app and tap “Register” to complete the registration process.
- After successfully pairing the lock, the master code will be changed to a random 7-digit number. You can change it to your own master code in the app’s settings (Settings > Basics > Admin password).
Installation Tips
- Before tightening the interior assembly screws, test if you can move the thumb turn to lock/unlock. If not, please go back to step 2 and reinstall.
- If the direction of the slide switch is set incorrectly, it can be changed in the DDLock App (Settings > Door opening direction).
To determine if your door is right-handed or left-handed:
- If the door hinge is on the right and the thumb turn is on the left, it is a right-handed door.
- If the door hinge is on the left and the thumb turn is on the right, it is a left-handed door.
Follow the appropriate steps based on your door type:
- Right Handed Door: Move the slide switch to “R” and turn the thumb turn to the vertical position.
- Left Handed Door: Move the slide switch to “L” and turn the thumb turn to the vertical position.
Once the lock is installed correctly, you can use the DDLock App to control and manage your lock.
HOW TO PAIR YOUR LOCK
IMPORTANT
- Before pairing your lock, please reset your lock and verify if the original master code 123456 works.
- Then please turn on the Bluetooth in your phone’s settings, wake up the keypad screen by touching it with your palm and keep the screen always on during the pairing.
HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1
Download “DDLock” App in Google Play or App Store
Fill out the information and tap “Get Code”.
The email inbox you registered will be sent a verification code to verify your
account. Put the code you received, tap on “Register” to complete.
Notes:
The DDLock App is required to operate the lock. After the lock is properly
installed, make sure this step is performed by the lock owner.
PAIRING YOUR LOCK
Notes: You may need to touch the keypad screen to wake up the keypad.
- After pairing successfully, the master code will be changed to a random 7 digit number, and you can change it to your own master code in the App
(Settings＞Basics＞Admin password).

IMPORTANT
- Refer to the step 1 to learn the door is right handed or left handed.
