Install the lock

Attention
The following notes must be followed during the installation, or it might
cause abnormal operation or damage to the device.

Make sure the latch bolt is fully retracted (in the unlocked position).

The lock fits on the door hole of 1-1/2″ (38mm). It requires removing the spacer to install it on the door. Measure the diameter of the hole in the door.

The wire should not be squeezed when it goes through the latch.

Keep the exterior and interior assemblies aligned and parallel to the door edge. Keep the latch bolt parallel to the door edge.

There’s a button hidden at the bottom of the key override, to remove the key override, pull the exterior assembly from the bottom and rotate from the top to open it.

Pull the exterior assembly from the button.

Rotate from the top to open it, insert the key and rotate to unlock.
