Key Operation Instructions
Power switch| Swipe left to turn on the power, the power indicator light turns
white

HDMI input source switch button
| Shot press the HDMI channel selection key to switch the HDMI input source,
the channel indicator flashes in white (Note: the access is always on, if
there is no access, it goes out, and it flashes during work)
Zigbee network key| Long press Zigbee to allow/disallow the ZIGBEE sub-device
to configure the network
Long press Zigbee, the status indicator flashes green slowly (the sub-device
is breathing, the sub-device and the main device are automatically matched and
connected)
Long press Zigbee, the green light of the status indicator turns off (the sub-
device is breathing, and the sub-device needs to be added manually by APP)

Sync With Input Source
Sync With Input Source
Mode of panel is divided into three parts. Configure the device: selects
Zigbee devices that is automatically found. Add those devices in the group,
drag them to the effective range of the video model, and set the location of
the devices to achieve the same frequency color rendering effect. Video Mode
can be divided into multiple color and single color modes, and the rendering
mode of light can be adjusted at will. In Setting, Intensity Selection is used
to adjust the brightness of the loading light. And the video scene is set to
movie and game modes to meet the requirements of different scenes.
How do I add a group device?
- Press Gateway Configuration
- Ensure that the sub-device is in the network distribution state.
- Search sub-device.
- Adding sub-devices.
- Group added successfully.
How to distribution network(App connect)?
- Select 2.4GHz WIFI network and enter password.
- Reset device.
- Search for Zigbee device hotspots.
- Connecting device.
- Finish loading and start using.
How to distribution network(Easy-connect)?
- Select the device you want to load.
- Reset the devices.
- Select the status of blinking or breathing rapidly.
- Connecting device.
- Finish loading and start using.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot connect to Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth on your smartphone has been turned on. Your smartphone may be incompatible with the Smart Life app. Try using a different smart phone then reconnect. Power the smart device and your smartphone Bluetooth off then on, then try again. Ensure that your smartphone is within smart device when connecting. Clear any obstructions that are between the smart device and your smartphone.
- The smart device does not display the full selected color/Some LED beads do not light up. Please contact the support team for rapid product replacement.
- Cannot sync the smart device to the beat of my music.
- Move the control box closer to the music source.
- Clean the mic on the control box then try again.
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
- Do not skip the Wi-Fi connecting steps in the app.
- 5GHz network is not supported. Please set the router to 2.4GHz and then reset it.
- Connect your phone to Wi-Fi and check whether the network works well.
- Make sure you have entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
- Change your Wi-Fi password to a brief one. 8 numbers and letters are suggested.
- Connect hotspot in your phone to the smart device and check whether the router works with the smart device.
- Cannot connect to Alexa.
- Pull out every connective part of the smart device and firmly re-connect them.
- Re-connect your phone to Wi-Fi.
- Plug out the adapter port and re-plug it in.
