9. The TV connects our products to the sound system through the optical fiber interface, and the volume button on the remote control cannot be directly used to adjust the output volume of PROZOR DAC.

    Do Not Power Converter by plugging in a USB cable into your TV directly (an unstable power supply may cause a buzzing noise).

11. If the volume (from PROZOR DAC output) is not loud enough, please connect the output of DAC with a low-impedance cellphone headset headphone amplifier or power amplifier.

PORZOR DAC is designed for professional audio signal processing. It can easily convert the Coaxial or Tosi ink interface to an RCA analog audio interface and 3.5mm headphone jack. Professional audio amplifier chip and volume adjusting switch are designed for driving your headphones directly and adjusting the output volume.

1. Volume Knob: The volume control knob can adjust the output volume of both 3.5mm headphone jack and RCA at the same time.

Connection and Operation

1. Use the optical cable or coaxial cable to connect HDTV and other playback devices to the optical or coaxial interface of PROZOR DAC. (Please kindly set your HDTV into PCM or LPCM.)
2. Use the RCA cable or 3.5mm audio cable to connect PROZOR DAC to the audio amplifier or headphones.
3. Use the USB cable to connect the power interface of PROZOR DAC converter to the official standard DC SV/1 A power supply.
4. Adjust the volume prope?y through the knob.
5. Prompt: Be sure to tum the volume down to a minimum by turning the adjusting knob to avoid hearing damage!

FAQ

No sound?
Please kindly set your digital audio device such as HD TV, TV BOX, or game console onto PCM or LPCM audio before using. NOT support DTS Dolby AC3.

Noise?

1. Replace the RCA or 3.5mm audio cable with a shielded cable.
2. Check if the RCA or 3.5mm audio cable is fully connected.
3. The volume is too loud and there is a noise (distortion) phenomenon.

Broken voice?

1. Check whether the optical fiber cable let out the red light normally after It is connected to the input device (such as HDTV), and whether the optical fiber connector is connected to the optical fiber socket normally.
2. Try replacing a fiber optic cable to connect.

Can’t directly use the volume button of the TV remote control to adjust the output volume of PROZOR DAC?

The TV is connected to the sound system through the optical fiber interface, so the volume button on the remote control cannot be directly used to adjust the output volume of the TV fiber. (If the TV supports it) The TV fiber output volume can be adjusted on the Settings of the TV system.
For example, one of SONY’s TV setting models is: Settings-+ sound Settings -+ advanced Settings -+ all -+ digital audio output volume.
