Product Information
The Digital Manifold is a versatile tool designed for measuring
and monitoring system pressure, temperature, superheat, and
subcooling. It features a user-friendly interface with various
modes and settings for easy operation. The device also supports
additional functions through the ManToothTM App.
Product Usage Instructions
-
Power on the unit by pressing the power button once.
-
Select the desired mode of operation from the modes menu.
-
Tap on the power button to access the Pressure Temperature
Mode, which displays system pressure, temperature, saturation
temperature, system superheat, and subcooling. -
Access additional settings by tapping on the settings icon in
the upper right corner. -
Access the modes menu by tapping on the button labeled with the
name of the current mode at the top of the screen. -
Quickly access units and refrigerant menus by tapping on the
buttons in the lower left and right corners respectively. -
While in Pressure/Temperature mode, tapping the center of
either gauge will convert it into a graph. Tap the center of the
graph to convert it back to a gauge. -
To perform a pressure hold test, set the allowable change value
and plug the YJ auxiliary vacuum sensor into either A1 or A2 on the
back of the device. Start the test by tapping on Target. -
The device will monitor the current vacuum pressure and percent
change, and display a Pass or Fail message based on the test
result. -
In Pressure Hold mode, the device displays the change in system
pressure during a standing pressure test. The allowable change
percentage determines when the test is considered a failure. -
To begin a pressure hold test, tap on Pressure Decay and
monitor for a drop in system pressure. -
Set the initial pressure by tapping on Set Pi.
-
The device will continuously monitor the pressure and provide
feedback accordingly.
