Welcome to the Wings True Wireless Generation with the all new Wings Alpha. We hope you are as excited as us to feel and flaunt your latest soundwear.
But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us. Once you are done reading the manual, we are sure you will be all set to.

Overview Of Headset

Important Note For First Time Use

1. Make sure to remove the blue coloured protective film that is covering the charging pins on both the earbuds.
2. After this is removed, place the earbuds back into the case. Now it will start charging the earbuds.
3. After charging the earbuds for 1 hour, take them out and start the pairing process.

How To Pair

Step 1: Take out both the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on.

Step 2: Hold the earbuds very close to each other for 3 seconds, the earbuds will automatically pair with each other and the right earbud will flash red and white to indicate it has entered pairing mode.

Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile and pair with device name “Wings Alpha”.

Step 4 : Congratulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.

Single Earbud Usage

Step 1: Only right earbud can be used for mono mode. Take out the right earbud from the charging case. It will automatically power on.

Step 2: Please wait for 3 seconds, the earbuds will flash red and white to indicate it has entered pairing mode.

Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile and pair with device name “Wings Alpha”.

Step 4: Congratulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.

Note: During mono mode usage, at any time, you can take out the other earbud also and it will autoconnect and move to dual mode.

Touch Controls Usage

Play/Pause: Single Touch the sensor on any one earbud to pause music. Single Touch on any sensor again to resume playing music.

Changing Songs: Long Touch the sensor on right earbud for 2 second to go to next song. Long Touch the sensor on left earbuds for 2 seconds to go to previous song.

Adjusting Volume: Double Touch the sensor on right earbud to go to increase volume. Double Touch the sensor on left earbud to go to decrease volume.

Siri/Google Assistant: Triple Touch the sensor on any earbud to activate voice assistant.

Note: Changing songs and adjust volume functions cannot be used in mono mode.

Call Controls

Answer Incoming Call: Single Touch the sensor on any earbud to answer incoming call.

Reject Incoming Call: Long Touch the sensor on any earbud to reject incoming call.

Hang up after call: Single Touch the sensor on any earbud to end an active call.

Charging Function

Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. The LED light on both earbuds will stay red to indicate they are charging. Once fully charged, both the lights go off.

Charging the Case: Plug in the Type-C charging cable into the charging case and the other end into a plug point. The red LED will start flashing to indicate case is now being charged. When the case is fully charged, the LED light will stay red.

Note: Please do not use more than 5V output plug points to charge as it can cause damage to the case and will affect battery life.

Low Battery Warning: When the battery level on the earbuds is low, you will hear a voice prompt “BATTERY LOW”. Please place the earbuds back into the charging case to charge them immediately.

Resetting The Device

Please follow the below steps when you see two “Wings Alpha” in your bluetooth devices menu on your mobile or you can hear music through only one earbud. This means the left and right buds have not autopaired with the each other:

Step 1: Remove Wings Alpha from the list of paired devices on your mobile and switch off your bluetooth.

Step 2: Take the earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 3: Long press and then power off both earbuds till the red light flashes once.

Step 4: Long press again on the earbud till the red and white light flashes alternatively thrice.

Step 5: Repeat the same process for the other earbud.

Step 6: Put both earbuds back in the case and then take them out.

Step 7: You will only see one “Wings Alpha” in your bluetooth menu. Click on the device to connect.

The reset process is now complete.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses.

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially non-professionals.
• Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not charge the case for more then 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
• Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note: Any damage to the product that is not manufa-cturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
