TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem and Solution
Kneading blades do not move during KNEAD cycle.****
– If the motor is used many times to continuously perform only the KNEAD cycle, the safety device will engage and stop the motor. Give the motor a break by stopping motor operation for about an hour after it has been used.
The buttons do not operate.****
– The Power Plug is disconnected from the electrical outlet.
The lights turn on but the kneading does not start.****
– Bread pan not placed correctly.
– Check the pan, and make sure it is locked in place correctly. Time delay
selected.
– Bread maker wil not strat until the start time is reached.
The product makes noise during operation.****
– The motor makes noise during the KNEAD cycle.
– This does not indicate a malfunction.
The product rattles during operation.****
– Bread pan not placed correctly.
– Please use the bread pan guide to place it correctly.
Smoke comes from the steam vent and there is a burning smell.****
– Ingredients or bread crumbs have collected on the main heater or inside the
main body.
– This does not indicate a malfunction. Make sure to clean the product after
use.
– Unplug the Power Plug and allow the product to cool off before cleaning.
The display screen shows “H HH”.****
– Temperature inside the bread maker is too high
– the machine still hot after the previous baking procedure.
– This does not indicate a malfunction.
– Press START/STOP and unplug, take out the baking pan and leave it to cool at
room temperature. Then insert the plug and start again.
