Before use, please read these safety warnings carefully and use the tea maker properly. These safety warnings are indicated for the safe and proper use of this product, prevent danger to the user or others, and damage property.
General Safety
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handle or knob..
- To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse kettle, plug, or cord in water or other liquid.
- Unplug when not in use and before cleaning. Allow cooling before putting on or taking off parts. Contact Customer Support.
- Do not use third-party replacement parts or accessories, as this may cause injuries.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact Customer Support.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner. Always attach the plug to the appliance first, then plug the cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “ off ” then remove the plug from a wall outlet.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended use. For household use only.
- Do not use your kettle for any purpose other than described in this manual.
- Not for commercial use. Household use only.
- To avoid burns and risk of personal injury, use extreme caution when carrying your tea maker containing hot water or tea.
- Do not use the kettle if your hands are wet.
- Position the kettle properly on the power base before switching on.
- DO NOT HEAT AN EMPTY KETTLE: The concealed heating element in the bottom of the kettle is protected by an automatic safety device. If your kettle is accidentally heated without being filled or is allowed to boil dry, the automatic safety device will be activated, device will automatically cool down and then turn off. If this happens, unplug the kettle, fill it with cold water, and wait a few minutes before replacing it on the base and plugging it in.
- Use the kettle only with a delivered power base.
- Do not use any other kettle on the delivered base or any other base with a delivered kettle. Use only the original, delivered pair together.
- After using the kettle, wait until the kettle has cooled down before removing the lid.
- To avoid possible steam damage, turn spout away from walls or cabinets during use.
- If you place the kettle different from the its base, use a protective pad under the kettle after it has been heated to prevent damage to surfaces.
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not remove the bottom cover from the base or disassemble the base or kettle in any way. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Repair should be done by authorized service personnel only. Opening base or kettle will result in a void of the one-year warranty.
While Boiling
- Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.
- Never use your kettle without the parts in place.
- Keep your unit away from flammable materials. Use on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from heat sources or liquid. The kettle is only to be used with the stand provided.
- Warning : Avoid spillage on the connector.
- Warning : Potential injury from misuse.
- Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.
Plug & Cord
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces. Do not plug in the power cord or operate the Unit controls with wet hands.
- Your kettle should only be used with 120V, 60 Hz electrical systems. Do not plug into another type of outlet.

Before First Use
Please read all use instructions thoroughly before turning on and use your tea maker.
Test Run
- Remove and properly discard any packaging material, promotional labels, and tape from the kettle.
- Place the tea maker base and tea maker on a flat, level surface.
- Fill the tea maker with water to MAX 1.75 L (7 cups) line.
- Put the teapot on top of the tea maker body. There must be a teapot or the lid on the tea maker. Otherwise, the heating process will keep continuing.
- Make sure the tea maker base is plugged in, then place the tea maker on the base, ensuring that it is fully seated.
- Press the START/STOP button on control panel to begin the heating cycle.
- Once the boil cycle is complete, discard the water and repeat this process one more time.
Getting To Know Your Tea Maker

Control Panel Display & Operating Buttons
Note: The temperature accuracy of the kettle is +/- 3°F.
1. Temperature Display
Live Temperature Readout: When the tea maker is placed on the base, the temperature display will show the current temperature of the water inside. When a heating cycle is started, the temperature display will show the current temperature of the water to track progress.
Note: To change the temperature display from Fahrenheit to Celsius, press and hold POWER ON/OFF and START/STOP buttons for 2 seconds.
2. Power ON/OFF:
Press to turn on the tea maker. The control panel will automatically turn on once pressed. Press and hold again to turn off the tea maker.
3. Start/Stop:
Press to begin a heating cycle. Press again to stop the heating cycle.
Automatic Shutoff:
The tea maker kettle will automatically power off after 3 hours of inactivity.
Using Your Tea Maker
Powering On
To turn on the tea maker, plug the power cord into the socket. The control panel will automatically turn on once plugged in.
Powering Off
The tea maker will automatically power off after 3 hours of inactivity. To manually power off, press and hold the POWER ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.
Heating Water
Note: ONLY fill the tea maker with water.
DO NOT heat or boil other liquids.
- Plug in the tea maker base. Fill the tea maker with the desired amount of water. Put the teapot on top of tea maker body and set the tea maker on the tea maker base.
- Press START/STOP to begin a heating cycle. To indicate that the heating cycle has started, the red light ring will illuminate, and the temperature display will show current temperature as it rises.
- When the water has reached the goal temperature, the tea maker will beep and automatically switch on the keep warm function. The tea maker will continue to keep warm the temperature for 3 hours.
Note: To mute the tea maker, press and hold the START/STOP button for 3 seconds. To indicate the tea maker is muted, icon will read on the temperature display.
Auto Keep Warm
Auto keep warm is the tea maker’s ability to maintain the default temperature for 3 hours after a heating cycle. Once the tea maker reached boiling temperature, the tea maker will beep and automatically activate keep warm. To indicate that the keep warm is activated, the red light ring will start pulsing effect.
Boil Dry Protection
If the tea maker has insufficient water when starting a heating cycle, the tea maker will automatically switch off to protect from overheating and causing damage. The tea maker will beep and the temperature display will read “NO WATER” to signify that the tea maker has boiled dry. Allow the tea maker to cool for at least 10 minutes before refilling.
Cleaning & Care
Warning: NEVER immerse the tea maker or tea maker base in water.
Warning: Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners internally or externally.
- Unplug your tea maker and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Wipe the tea maker and power base with a soft damp cloth.
- Be sure that electric socket is kept dry.
- Dry all parts after every use.
Descaling
The tea maker will not work properly if it is not descaled regularly. Regular descaling can increase the life of the tea maker, allowing it to boil water faster and with less energy.
Scale is a naturally occurring buildup of mineral deposits caused by impurities in water, especially hard water. For best performance, descale the kettle every 4-8 weeks or whenever scale buildup is present inside.
Descaling can be completed with a descaling solutions specifically designed
for kettles. Follow the directions on the descaling solution package
OR
- Fill the tea maker with equal parts water and white vinegar.
- Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Discard solution and rinse tea maker thoroughly with clean water.
- Repeat this process until all deposits are removed.
Troubleshooting Guide
The tea maker base won’t turn on.
- Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the socket.
- Insert the power cord into a different socket
- Reset the circuit breaker if necessary/check the house fuse.
The tea maker is not heating up.
- The overheat control may have tripped. Let the kettle cool down.
- Ensure the tea maker is fully seated on the power base.
The tea maker turns off before reaching the target temperature.
- The tea maker may contain too much scale. Refer to the descaling instructions on page 8 to descale the tea maker.
Temperature Display Messages:
No Water
- There is an insufficient amount of water inside the tea maker and the overheat control may have tripped.
- Unplug the tea maker base.
- Add fresh, room temperature water to at least the minimum 0.5 L marking inside the tea maker.
- Let the tea maker cool down at least 10 minutes.
- Plug in your tea maker base.
- Restart the heating cycle.

SAKI Kitchen Incorporation warrants this product to the original and quality, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
Saki Kitchen agrees, at our option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or furnish an equal product in exchange without charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of purchase.
There is no other express warranty. This warranty does not apply:
- If the product has been modified from its original condition;
- If the product has not been used in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual;
- To damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse or improper or inadequate maintenance;
- To damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than SAKI;
- To damages or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, or any use for which the product is not intended;
- To damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
SAKI Kitchen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of the product covered by this warranty.
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product regardless of whether the product is transferred during the specified term of the warranty.
This warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Saki Kitchen’s warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized sellers that are subject to Saki Kitchen’s quality controls and have agreed to follow its quality controls.
All implied warranties are limited to the period of this limited warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
If you discover that your product is defective within the specified warranty period, please contact Customer Support via support@saki.us NOT dispose of your product before contacting us. Once our Customer Support Team has approved your request, please return the product with a copy of the invoice and order ID.
