Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the spare tire and factory rear bumper. Caution: Have another person help lift the tire off the tire mount.
- Install the Left and Right Mounting Brackets into the frame rails using the Hex Head M12 Bolt, Lock Washer, and Oversized Washer. Do not fully tighten the hardware.
- Install the Spartan Rear Bumper on the Mounting Brackets using the remaining M12 hardware. Align the bumper with the body and fully tighten the Mounting Bracket hardware.
- Reinstall the spare tire and torque the lug nuts to factory specifications.
Warning:
Failure to tighten the lug nuts to proper torque specification could result in
serious injury or property damage.

Installation

Remove the spare tire and factory rear bumper.
CAUTION Have another person help lift the tire off the tire mount. -
Install Left and Right Mounting Brackets into frame rails using Hex Head M12 Bolt, Lock Washer, and Oversized Washer. Do not fully tighten the hardware.

Install Spartan Rear Bumper on Mounting Brackets using remaining M12 hardware. Align bumper with body and fully tighten Mounting Bracket hardware.

Reinstall spare tire and torque lug nuts to factory specification.
WARNING
Failure to tighten lug nuts to proper torque specification could result in
serious injury or property damage.
