Important Safety Instructions:
- This lamp has a polarized plug, with one blade wider than the other, to reduce the risk of electric shock.

Product Usage Instructions
- Assemble the Lamp:
- Attach the Base to the Base Pipe.
- Connect the Lower Body to the Upper Body.
- Insert the Socket Assembly into the Upper Body.
- Adjust the Lamp Height:
- Use the Adjustable Threaded Pipe to set the desired height of the lamp.
- Secure the height by locking it with the Height Lock.
- Install the Shade:
- Place the Shade over the Socket Assembly.
- Secure the Shade using the Finial.
- Connect the Lamp to a Power Source:
- Plug the polarized plug of the Lamp into a polarized outlet.
- If the plug does not fit fully, reverse the plug or contact a qualified electrician.
- Do not use an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.
- Turn On/Off the Lamp:
- Use the Pull Chain to control the lamp’s on/off function.

Assemble the Lamp
- Screw the base pipe to the base.
- Then screw the lower lamp body to the base pipe, then screw the upper body onto the lower body.
- Screw the socket assembly onto the upper body.
- Screw the adjustable threaded pipe onto the socket assembly.
- Screw the lamps into the sockets. Refer to the label on the lamp socket for Max Wattage Information.
- Place the shade onto the adjustable threaded pipe and secure in place by screwing the finial onto the pipe.
- Loosen the height lock on the adjustable threaded pipe, adjust to desired height, and tighten the height lock to secure in place. Lamps may be turned on and off independently with individual pull chains.
