Installation Steps
- Please use qualified AC adapter connect the USB-C power cable. The AC adapter should be 5V 2.0A or 10W above, otherwise insufficient input electric current might cause unstable charging.
- Place the back of the charging device with magnetic attraction function to the product front, will attract eachother, and automatically align the charging position to start charging.

- Charging is slow. The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the application running consumers a lot of power when mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the application.
- The phone is charging intermittently. If the charging current is not enough, please use a power adpter with sufficient power 5V 2.0A or 10W above.
- Charging fever. It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the plate is too warm, take your phone off the plate. The plate may switch off automatically if it is too hot. When the plate has cooled down, try charging again.
- The carger does not work. Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards on the charging area. If the product does not work due to overheating, please take off the phone and wait for cooling down temperature and try charging again.
