Product Usage Instructions
- Components needed: Bundle, Tube, and Heat Shrink.
- Install onto cable: First, apply Heat Shrink and then Clear Tubing.
- Cut the cable jacket, leaving 63mm for Splice Cassette, 41.5mm for Furcation Tubing, and 1.5mm for a gap.
- Strip the cable jacket to expose the fiber.
- Feed the fibers into the bundle, leaving a 1.5mm gap between the cable jacket and the end of the bundle.
- Mark the cable and bundle as shown and slide the tube into place.
- Tape the ends of the cable to secure the bundle and cable in place as heat shrink is applied.
- Slide the heat shrink into place.
- Apply heat shrink tubing to complete the installation, being careful not to overheat the furcation tube end.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions for Termination:
- Components: Bundle, Tube, and Heat Shrink
- Install Onto Cable: Heat Shrink 1st then Clear Tubing.
- Cut jacket 63”. This allows 20” for Splice Cassette, 41.5” for Furcation Tubing, and 1.5” for gap.
- Strip the jacket to expose fiber.
- Feed fibers into a bundle. Leaving a 1.5” gap between the cable jacket and the end of the bundle.
- Mark cable and bundle as shown and slide tube into place.
- Tape the ends of the cable to secure the bundle and cable in place as heat shrink is applied.
- Slide heat shrinks into place.
- Apply heat shrink tubing to complete. Be careful not to overheat on the furcation tube end.
