Licensing and installation instructions
After you buy downloadable software from Thomann, we’ll send you an e-mail containing an activation code and a link to the web page where you can redeem this code. Usually, this is the software manufacturer’s home page, and you’ll have to set up your own customer account there so that a license can be assigned to you personally. Please enter the activation code you have received from Thomann here:

STEP
If you do NOT yet have a CEREMONY customer account, click on “Register” You
can then create your customer account by entering the required information in
the following window. Otherwise, please click on: “I already have a customer
account” – the activation code will then be assigned to your existing account.
This is especially applicable if you have purchased an upgrade
You’ll now find your new license in the overview of your customer account. You
can manage it from here and also download the installation program for your
new software.
After installation, you’ll need to activate the license assigned to your
account on your computer. To do so, open Melodyne either in stand-alone mode
or as a plug-in in your recording software and select “Licence” in the “Help”
menu in the menu bar at the top. You’ll then be taken to the manufacturer’s
website.
You can now activate your license on up to two devices. Alternatively, you can store your activation on your computer or on the pace iLok USB flash drive using the “iLok” copy protection program (https://www.thomann.de/de/pace_ilok_3.htm) For more detailed information on the iLok copy protection, please consult the pdf document you’ll find on the Thomann product page of the item you’ve purchased. In your customer account, you can also deactivate your license activations on your device at any time, activate additional licenses, and enter any upgrade activation codes by clicking on the “Licence Options” button.
