PANDUIT WIRE BASKET TEE-INTERSECTION BRACKETS

- The PANDUIT Wire Basket Tee-Intersection Brackets are designed for use with wire baskets.
- They provide support and stability when connecting multiple wire baskets together at intersections.
- The brackets are available in various sizes, indicated by the part numbers mentioned above.
Installation of the brackets requires the following components:
- Connection Plate (1) provided
- Protective Radius Sheet (2) provided
- Radius Support Bracket (2) provided
- Mounting Hardware included
To install the PANDUIT Wire Basket Tee-Intersection Brackets, follow these instructions:
- Cut away both sides of the wire basket.
- Leave at least one cross-wire spacing.
- Cut the sidewall away up to the line wire.
- Leave at least one cross-wire spacing.
- Assemble one radius support bracket to the basket, keeping the supplied fasteners loose.
- Assemble another radius support bracket to the other side of the basket, keeping the supplied fasteners loose.
- Hang the basket and attach it to customer-supplied threaded rods. Ensure that all trapeze brackets are within 2 feet of the intersection.
- Add one connection plate to cover the gap between the baskets Loosely attach it with the supplied fasteners.
- Tighten all fasteners.
- Place the two protective sheets along the radius of the corner. Attach them with push-in fasteners and cable ties if desired.
- The assembly is now complete.

- Assemble (1) radius support bracket to baskets. Keep supplied fasteners loose.
- Assemble (1) radius support bracket to the other side of the basket. Keep supplied fasteners loose.
- Hang basket. Assemble to customer-supplied threaded rods. All trapeze brackets are to be within 2 feet of the intersection.
- Add (1) connection plate to cover the gap between the baskets. Loosely attach with supplied fasteners.
- Tighten all fasteners
- Place the (2) protective sheets along the radius of the corner. Attach with push-in fasteners and cable ties if desired.
- Assembly complete.
