Product Usage Instructions

1. Unpack the CT1141MWTBBS1 Wide Floor Lamp and ensure all components are included.
2. Place the lamp body in the desired location.
3. Attach the steel shade to the lamp body, ensuring it is securely fastened.
4. Plug the included wire into a suitable power outlet.
5. Turn on the lamp using the in-line on-off switch located along the wire.
6. If necessary, replace the LED Medium A19 bulb with a compatible Medium A19 bulb not exceeding 75w and rated for 120v.
7. Ensure the lamp is placed on a dry surface and is suitable for indoor use only.
8. For any maintenance or cleaning, disconnect the lamp from the power source before proceeding.
