Product Information

The EZTRUNK Carpet is a component designed for use with the EZTRUNK product. It is available in three different versions to fit different types of trunks. Version (1) is a whole piece of carpet for trunks with a solid top. Version (2) is a cut piece of carpet for trunks with a flip top door. Version (3) is specifically designed for the TJ EZTRUNK model.

The carpet is attached to the trunk using Velcro Hook & Loop fasteners. The package includes the EZTRUNK Carpet and the necessary Velcro Hook strips.

It is important to note that the ambient temperature should be at least 70F for proper adhesion of the Velcro. The trunk must also be clean and dry from all debris prior to attaching the carpet.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Use alcohol to clean the top of the trunk prior to adhesion.
2. Cut the Velcro Hook strip into six 2-inch long pieces.
3. Peel back the paper on the Velcro strips and attach them to the trunk according to the provided diagram.
4. Peel back the top paper on the Velcro strips and attach the carpet to the sticky side of the Velcro.
5. Press the carpet firmly onto the Velcro adhesive.

For Version (2) of the carpet, repeat steps 3-5 for an additional layer of Velcro and carpet attachment.

For Version (3) TJ, repeat steps 3-5 using nine cut pieces of Velcro Hook & Loop instead of six.

Once the carpet is securely attached, the assembly is complete.

Please read instructions fully before beginning assembly

RECOMMENDED TOOLS

IMPORTANT: Ambient temperature should be at least 70F for proper adhesion of Velcro. Make sure trunk is clean and dry from all debris prior to attaching.

There are Three versions of the EZTRUNK carpet.

• Version (1) Whole piece of carpet for solid top trunks.
• Version (2) Cut piece of carpet for trunks with a flip top door.
• Version (3) TJ EZTRUNK only

ASSEMBLY

1. Use alcohol to clean the top of the trunk prior to adhesion . Cut Velrco into (6) 2 inch long.

2. Peel back paper and attach (6) cut pieces of Velcro Hook & Loop to trunk per diagram.
   Peel back top paper and attach carpet to sticky side of Velcro.
   Press carpet firmly to the Velcro adhesive.

3. Peel back paper and attach (6) cut pieces of Velcro Hook & Loop to trunk per diagram.
   Peel back top paper and attach carpet to sticky side of Velcro.
   Press carpet firmly to the Velcro adhesive.

4. Peel back paper and attach (6) cut pieces of Velcro Hook & Loop to trunk per diagram.
   Peel back top paper and attach carpet to sticky side of Velcro.
   Press carpet firmly to the Velcro adhesive.

5. Peel back paper and attach (9) cut pieces of Velcro Hook & Loop to trunk per diagram.
   Peel back top paper and attach carpet to sticky side of Velcro.
   Press carpet firmly to the Velcro adhesive.
