Put the Nylon washers on the inside of the plates on both sides as shown

Insert the locking pins to secure the base.
Place door hinge pin bracket on the upright tubes and snug the nuts so they are adjustable to your door in the next steps.

Place middle door hinge pin bracket on the upright tubes and snug the nuts so they are adjustable to lock your door in the next steps. The Middle bracket is a locking mechanism. This protects the doors from falling off when moving the cart. Roll your windows down before disconnecting the electrical plugs.
Place the rear door from one side of the vehicle on the EZ-Door Holder Cart first. Then put the same side front door on EZ-Door Holder Cart. SLIDE THE MIDDLE LOCK IN THE DOWN POSITION when moving the cart to the other side. Take the doors from the other side off the same way. This distributes the weight on the cart.

Make sure the cart is on level ground when loading the doors

Make sure the cart is on level ground when loading the doors. Place the doors on the cart with the bumpers on the outside and adjust the brackets so they are hitting the top of the door hinge brackets. Tighten the cart hinge brackets so they do not move.
Slide down the safety hinge lock and thumb turn to tighten. This locks the doors in place for moving and storage.

Do not store the front doors this way. Store the doors side by side.
