INSTRUCTION
Clip the wheel plate to the Base Frame Tube, tighten the nuts on the wheels. Place plastic caps on the wheel nuts.
Put the Nylon washers on the inside of the plates on both sides as shown
Connect the two plates and tubes together. Tighten the two middle upright tube
screws.T he folding outside screws should be snug not tight, so the bottom
folding base swings up easily. The base should not drop down unless you pull
it down.
Insert the locking pins to secure the base.
Place door hinge pin bracket on the upright tubes and snug the nuts so they
are adjustable to your door in the next steps.
Place middle door hinge pin bracket on the upright tubes and snug the nuts so
they are adjustable to lock your door in the next steps. The Middle bracket is
a locking mechanism.This protects the doors from falling off when moving the
cart. Roll your windows down before disconnecting the electrical plugs.
Place the rear door from one side of the vehicle on the EZ-Door Holder Cart
first. Then put the same side front door on EZ-Door Holder Cart. SLIDE THE
MIDDLE LOCK IN THE DOWN POSITION when moving the cart to the other side. Take
the doors from the other side off the same way. This distributes the weight on
the cart.
Make sure the cart is on level ground when loading the doors
Make sure the cart is on level ground when loading the doors. Place the doors
on the cart with the bumpers on the outside and adjust the brackets so they
are hitting the top of the door hinge brackets. Tighten the cart hinge
brackets so they do not move.
Slide down the safety hinge lock and thumb turn to tighten. This locks the
doors in place for moving and storage.
Do not store the front doors this way. Store the doors side by side.
Lock the wheels for storage.
Take the pins out and fold.
Place the pins in the bottom locking holes.
