MTS Caster Set Cockpit
- The MTS Caster Set Cockpit is a set of casters designed for use with the MTSIM bed frame. The set includes 4x casters, with dimensions specified in millimetres. No extra or spare parts are included with the set.
- The casters feature a slot on the outside and are equipped with an M8 slot nut on each side. The base frame’s bottom side is where the casters are mounted. The set includes casters with brakes at the front and back, and casters without brakes in the middle.
- It is recommended to mount the castors at a distance from the end of the profile to allow easy operation of the brake with your foot.

Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure you have all the necessary parts from the MTS Caster Set.
- Identify the base frame’s bottom side where the casters will be mounted.
- Take one caster and align its slot with the slot on the outside of the base frame.
- Insert an M8 slot nut into each side of the caster’s slot and tighten them securely.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the remaining three casters.
- Position the casters as follows: casters with brakes should be placed at the front and back, while casters without brakes should be placed in the middle.
- Ensure that the casters are mounted at a distance from the end of the profile to allow easy operation of the brake with your foot.
