Product Information

The product is a lighting fixture with the model numbers BAB8406MBK, BAB8408MBK, BAB8409MBK, BAB8406ABA, BAB8408ABA, and BAB8409ABA. It comes with a fixture body, a glass shade, a socket collar, a crossbar assembly, lock screws, wire connectors, and outlet box screws.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Install Inner Backplate: Begin the installation by installing the inner backplate. Wiring: Connect the white wire from the power supply to the white wire from the fixture. Connect the black (or red) wire from the power supply to the black wire from the fixture. Connect the ground wire from the power supply to the ground wire from the fixture using the green ground screw.
2. Install Fixture Body: Proceed to install the fixture body.
3. Install Shade: Attach the glass shade to the fixture body.
4. Install Bulb: Install a bulb of the correct type and wattage as indicated by the fixture markings and/or labels. The recommended bulb type is Medium (E26) with a maximum wattage of 100W.
5. Apply Caulking: Apply exterior caulk around the edges of the fixture, except for the bottom of the backplate to allow moisture to escape.
6. Complete Installation: Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and keep this sheet for future reference.
