Trisa 6936.70 Stand Blender

Safety instructions
- Mains connection: The voltage must comply with that shown on the appliance label.
- Always switch off the device and plug out the power cable whenever you leave it unattended, before assembling/disassembling, cleaning, when it fails to work properly, after use. The plug must be within reach at all times.
- Regularly check if the power cable/appliance/extension lead is defective. Never switch on damaged appliances (incl. mains lead) – have repairs carried out / obtain a replacement from the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s service point or from qualified experts. Never open the appliance yourself – the risk of injury!
- Never carry or pull the appliance by the flex. Don’t pull the flex over sharp edges. Don’t wedge it. Don’t bend it. A short circuit can occur if the cable breaks.
- Switch the appliance off and pull the plug out of the mains when it is not in use. Don’t wind the flex around the appliance. Never pull on the mains cable / with damp hands.
- Never immerse the appliance in water / other fluids. The danger of short-circuiting!
- People with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities, and insufficient knowledge and experience should only be allowed to use, clean, or maintain the appliance if supervised by someone responsible for their safety or if they have already been shown how to use the appliance safely and have understood the risks involved.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Keep packaging (e.g. plastic bags) away from children.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while in operation.
- Never place the appliance/cable on hot surfaces or near open flames. Do not store/expose the appliance to intense heat (from radiators, or prolonged sunshine). Only extinguish burning appliances using a fire blanket.
- Do not use attachments not recommended/sold by the manufacturer.
- The appliance is designed for household use and not for industrial operation. Do not operate the appliance outdoors.
- Use the appliance on a dry, even, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Allow the appliance to cool before storing it away.
- Do not use this appliance near the water (bathtubs, washbasins, etc.) nor expose it to rain or other humidity. Ensure hands are dry when using the appliance!
- Should however the appliance fall into the water, only take it out after pulling the plug. Do not use the appliance anymore. It has to be checked by an authorized service department first.
- Only trained experts should repair electrical appliances. Unskilled repairs can cause considerable danger to the user.
- No warranty for any damage can be accepted if the appliance is used for an improper purpose, wrongly operated, or unprofessionally repaired. In such a case, any warranty claim is void.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated or connected to an external timer or separate remote control switch.
- Never place fingers or objects into appliance openings. Do not cover appliance opening.
- Never operate the appliance empty, do not overfill, and never move the appliance when filled.
- Do not allow the ambient temperature to drop below freezing.
- Beware of moving parts – the risk of injury!
- Never touch rotating parts / rotary blades. The knife is sharp – the risk of injury! Proceed with utmost care even when the appliance is switched off or when cleaning. Only touch on the holder!
- Do not mix/stir any colors/chemicals with the appliance – explosion hazard.
- Do not allow liquid to get into the interior of the motor housing.
- Do not fill any boiling liquids/ingredients into the mixing recipient.
Disposal
Make worn-out appliances unusable. Pull out the mains plug and sever the
cord. Electric appliances are to be returned to a shop of sale or handed over
to an official dump. No household waste. Must be disposed of in accordance
with local regulations.

an RCD (max. 30 mA).

Before using the appliance for the first time

Important advice
- After 3 minutes of continuous operation: allow the appliance to cool for 5 minutes.
- The appliance is suitable for fruit, vegetables, and crushed ice.
- The knife is sharp! Proceed with utmost care even when the appliance is switched off or when cleaning.
Use
Preparation
- Place the motor unit in a stable position
- Put the mixing beaker back on
- Use the appliance in an upright position on a stable surface.
- Add the ingredients
- Place lid on
- Do not prepare any boiling hot ingredients.
- The appliance only works with mixing bowl/lid correctly inserted (safety switch).

- Preparing crushed ice:

- Switch OFF
- The rotary blade will continue running – risk of injury!
- Unplug
- Take the mixing beaker off
- Remove the lid
- Pour ingredients out
Recipes
- Wash and core apricots
- Halve melon, then peel and remove seeds
- Cut apricots and melon into small pieces, put in a blender
- Squeeze lemon, add juice to a blender
- Add vanilla ice cream, milk, and honey to the blender
- Mix ingredients
- Pour frappé into glasses
- Garnish with a peppermint leave and serve with a straw

- 400 g apricots 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- ¾ sugar melon 800 ml cold milk
- 2 ½ lemons 130 g honey
Cleaning
Rinse mixing beaker
- Fill the mixing beaker with lukewarm water
- Put the mixing beaker back on
- Put the lid on properly.

- Select pulse speed
- Unplug
Cleaning

Can be wiped with a damp cloth, then dried. Do not use scourers or solvents.

Wash with hot dishwater, then dry. Do not put it into the dishwasher!
Remove knife -
Re-assemble in reverse order.
Warranty information
With this appliance, you get a 5-year guarantee starting from the date of purchase. Under the guarantee, in the case of material or manufacturing defects, the appliance will be replaced or repaired. Replacement with a new appliance or money-back return is not possible. Excluded from the guarantee are normal wear and tare, commercial use, alterations to the appliance as purchased, cleaning activities, consequences of improper use or damage by the purchaser or a third person, and damage, that can be attributed to external circumstances or caused by the batteries. The guarantee requires that the faulty appliance be returned at the purchaser’s expense along with the retail outlet dated and signed guarantee card or a sales receipt.
