Ciro3D G0040030 LED Filler Panel Lights

Product Information

The GOLDSTRIKE LED FILLER PANEL LIGHTS are a set of lights designed specifically for saddlebags on motorcycles. These lights enhance visibility and add a stylish touch to your bike. The lights come with adhesive backing for easy installation and are made with high-quality materials to ensure durability.

Parts Included:

  • 1 Left side filler panel light
  • 1 Right side filler panel light

Installation Instructions

  1. Remove the two circled screws with a SMM alien wrench, then pull on the fender to remove it. (Fig. 1)
  2. Clean the surface on the inner edge of your saddlebags where the lights will be attached using an ammonia-based cleaner to remove any wax or debris.
  3. Locate the small indentation at the bottom edge of the tape on your filler panel light housing. (Fig. 2)
  4. Dry fit the filler panel light to your saddlebag. The indentation from figure 2 should line up with the line that separates the paint and plastic on your saddlebag. The main edge of the filler panel should match up to the edge of your saddlebag. Once you are satisfied with the fit of each side, peel the adhesive backing and stick the filler panel light to your saddlebag. Press and hold for 30 seconds. (Fig. 3)
  5. Open the saddlebags and remove the two side panels below the seat. Unplug the heated seat harness (Fig. A). Using a 6mm alien wrench, remove the seat screws on each side (Fig. B). Pull straight up on the front of the seat then slide the seat forward to release the rear of the seat.
  6. Route the wire up on each side of the fender as shown in figure 4. Push it through the crack at the edge of the fender so it ends up under your seat. Be sure to route the wire on the outside of the fender support bracket so it does not touch the tire.
  7. Continue routing the wire as shown in figure 5. The wire should come up from the rear fender near the corners of the electronic control module and then be routed under the frame rail so it is not crushed when the seat is re-installed.
  8. Plug in your connectors to the Goldstrike Rear Lighting Harness part #48000, matching the color of the wires to the correct side. (Fig. 5)
  9. Tuck the wires towards the rear fender so they will not be crushed by the seat.

Please note that proper installation and maintenance are essential for warranty coverage. Ciro offers a 3-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship, as well as a lifetime warranty against LED failure. Visit Ciro’s website for more details on their warranty policy.
