INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Park on a level surface and shut oﬀ the motorcycle. Lift motorcycle onto its center stand if available. Ensure the engine has time to cool before installation.
Use a large #3 phillips screwdriver to remove the bar end weights. (FIG.1)
Clean the left and right hand grips on your motorcycle with hot water and soap to remove all dirt and debris.
Test ﬁt the GOLDSTRIKE grips to familiarize yourself with how they ﬁt. The grip half with the round end and threaded hole goes on the bottom. The seam between the two halves should be approximately parallel to the ground. (FIG.3,4)
NOTE: This product is assembled so the GOLDSTRIKE logo is on the top. If you prefer not to see the logos you can remove the rubber inserts and swap them left to right. Double check that the rubbers are correctly installed.
ATTENTION: Thoroughly clean the mounting surfaces with denatured alcohol to remove all wax, oil, and residue.
NOTE: New motorcycles are delivered from the factory covered in protective oil. Remove it before installing this product.
NOTE: Do not install if the temperature is below 50° F. The adhesive will not cure properly. (FIG.2)
Install the bottom half ﬁrst. Check that the rubber is installed into the frame correctly. Carefully peal back the adhesive liner and press the parts into place with the mating surface approximately parallel to the ground. (FIG.4) WARNING:

Warranty will not be granted unless the part is properly installed and maintained.

To install the top half, carefully peal back the adhesive liner and press the parts into place so they line up with the bottom half. Press ﬁrmly on the rubbers to ensure full contact.
Install the end cap with a M3x12 SHCS using a 2.5mm hex wrench. Leave it a little loose. (FIG.5)
Carefully pull up on the corners of the inner ﬂange and install a M3x12 SHCS on the front and back of the grip.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. (FIG.6)
NOTE: Hold the center of the ﬂange with one ﬁnger and pull the rubber with your thumb. (FIG.6)
Tighten the end cap. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
Repeat steps 4-10 on the other side.

NOTE: If the rubber part of your grip is not set in place correctly, use a credit card or other thin plastic tool to help work the rubber into place. Glass cleaner can work as a lube that will help you get the rubber in place and it dries without remaining slippery. Ciro3D Goldstrike Grips -
