to thoroughly inspect the product for all components and test fit it. If there
are any fitment questions or missing components, please contact EGR.
For proper maintenance, do not expose the product to temperatures above 70°C
(158°F) during baking. Additionally, do not attach the extrusion or any
hardware to the Fender Flares until the paint is completely dry.
Product Usage Instructions
- STEP 1: Attach the bolts and nuts to each Fender Flare using a 3/16 Allen key and a 10mm wrench/socket. Clean the inside of the Fender Flares where the rubber seal is attached using the provided alcohol wipes. Wipe away any residue with a dry clean cloth.
- STEP 2: Attach the included rubber seal to the Fender Flares. Peel back 2 sections of the adhesive backing and position on the Fender Flare. Attach the seal to the Fender Flare, peeling back a few inches at a time. Apply pressure to secure the rubber seal to the Fender Flare edge. Attach the rubber seal along the top leading edge of the Fender Flare where it will make contact with the vehicle body.
- STEP 3: Remove the liner from the extrusion in small portions by pulling at right angles to the extrusion. Apply thumb pressure to ensure that it adheres to the Fender Flares.
- STEP 4: Trim any unnecessary extrusion and discard.
- STEP 5: Clean the body areas where the Fender Flares will make contact with a clean cloth.
- STEP 6: Pull back the red tape liner by 1-1/2 inches, both at the front and back of the Fender Flare. Place the Fender Flare onto the vehicle and fit it into the correct position following the contours of the vehicle body. Use 2 of the retaining clips provided to secure the Fender Flare to the body, starting at the designated positions. Ensure that the clips snap securely into the slotted hole of the Fender Flare.
- STEP 7: Continue to install the remaining clips once the Fender Flare is seated correctly. Make sure that all clips snap securely into the slotted hole of the Fender Flare. Once all clips have been installed, pull the exposed red tape liner and apply mild pressure to adhere it properly to the vehicle.
- STEP 8: Repeat the installation method for the other side. Double-check the front Fender Flares to ensure all clips are securely fastened. Your installation is now complete. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Ensure that both left and right-hand front Fender Flares suit the profile of
the vehicle. Note the areas where the Fender Flares come in contact with the
vehicle. NOTE: Before fitting Fender Flares remove any moldings, strips or
existing flares from the wheel arch. If there is a body side molding, mark
where the molding is to be cut, alternatively the Fender Flare can be cut to
go around the molding. Be sure to allow enough room for the extrusion. No
drilling of the vehicle is required for Bolt-On Look Fender Flares. This is a
non-drill product. For rugged and OEM style Fender Flares start at STEP 2.

PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS
If Fender Flares are being painted; do not install edge extrusion until the painting is complete. Before painting, clean all surfaces to be painted using clean water and a mild detergent, do not use lacquer thinner or any solvent- based products. Wipe completely dry. Best results will be achieved by wiping the areas to be painted with a tack rag just before painting. Most automotive paints can be applied directly to the Fender Flares, however, some may require a primer (check paint manufacturer specifications). Good adhesion will be achieved without sanding. Select a paint (and primer if necessary) that is suitable for rigid plastics PMMA (Acrylic). If using a paint system that requires baking, do not expose the product to temperatures above 70C (158F). Do not fit the extrusion or any of the hardware to the Fender Flares until the paint is completely dry.
- STEP 1: Attach the bolts and nuts to each Fender Flares using a 3/16” Allen key and a 10mm wrench/socket (wrench /socket and Allen key not supplied). Ensure inside of Fender Flares where the rubber seal is attached is clean, using the alcohol wipes provided. Wipe away any residue with a dry clean cloth
- STEP 2: Attach the included rubber seal to the Fender Flares. Peel back 2” of the adhesive backing and position on the Fender Flare. Attach the seal to the Fender Flare, peeling back a few inches at a time. Ensure pressure is used to secure the rubber seal to Fender Flare edge. Attach rubber seal along the top leading edge of the Fender Flare where it will make contact with the vehicle body
- STEP 3: Pulling at right angles to the extrusion, remove the liner from the extrusion in small portions and apply thumb pressure to ensure that it adheres to the Fender Flares
- STEP 4: Trim any unnecessary extrusion and discard.
- STEP 5: Clean the body areas where the Fender Flares will make contact with a clean cloth.
- STEP 6: Pull red tape liner back 1-1/2”, front and back of the Fender Flare, as shown in images “A” and “B” above. Place the Fender Flare onto the vehicle and fit into the correct position following the contours of the vehicle body. Use 2 of the retaining clips provided to secure the Fender Flare to the body starting at the positions pointed out above. Be sure the clips “snap” securely into the slotted hole of the Fender Flare.
- STEP 7: Continue to install the (3) remaining clips once the fender flare is seated correctly. Be sure that the clips “snap” securely into the slotted hole of the fender flare. Once all clips have been installed, pull the exposed red tape liner and apply mild pressure to adhere properly to the vehicle
- STEP 8: Repeat installation method for other side. Double-check the front Fender Flares to make sure all clips are securely fastened. Your installation is now complete. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- STEP 9: Clean the body areas where the Fender Flares will make contact with a clean cloth
- STEP 10: As performed prior in Step 6, Pull red tape liner back 1-1/2 on both fender flares. Place the Fender Flares onto the vehicle and fit into the correct position following the contours of the vehicle body. Use 4 of the retaining clips provided and secure the Fender Flare to the body starting at the positions pointed out above. Be sure the clips “snap” securely into the slotted hole of the Fender Flare
- STEP 11: Continue to install the (4) remaining clips once fender flare is seated correctly. Be sure that the clips “snap” securely into the slotted hole of the fender flare. Once all clips have been installed, pull the exposed red tape liner and apply mild pressure to adhere properly to the vehicle.
