Product Information
The Dimmer Module 250W is a two-wire dimmer that allows you to adjust the brightness level of your lighting fixtures. It operates at an operating voltage of 220-240V~ and a frequency of 50Hz. The dimmer supports a maximum load of 250W and a minimum load of 5W. It uses a trailing edge dimming mode and can be controlled using a two-way method. The dimmer is compatible with dimmable LED lamps ranging from 5W to 250W, LV halogen lighting with electronic transformers ranging from 10VA to 400VA, and incandescent lighting ranging from 10VA to 400VA. It conforms to all relevant UKCA Directive requirements and EC Directive requirements.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that all power supplying the equipment is turned off. Use a voltage tester of appropriate rating to verify.
- Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the user manual and connect the dimmer module as shown.
- Do not connect more than one dimmer in parallel to operate the same charge from two points.
- To adjust the brightness level, locate the two micro-adjustments for Min and maximum brightness settings on the dimmer module.
- Use the switch on the right to set the minimum brightness and the switch on the left to set the maximum brightness.
- Ensure that the dimmer is used with products with high inrush current (such as LED Panel/Tape) by using an Inrush Current Limiter to prevent damage to the dimmer.
- Avoid exposing the dimmer module to moisture, water, or other liquids.
- Do not attempt to examine or repair the dimmer module yourself. Seek professional assistance if required.
- The dimmer module is designed for indoor use only. Do not use it outside.
- Dispose of waste electrical products responsibly. Check with your Local Authority or local store for recycling advice.
