The Smart IR Remote Control with Temperature & Humidity The sensor is a compact device measuring 90*63 MM. It is designed to control various IR home appliances such as TVs, air-conditioners, TV boxes, lights, fans, audio, etc. The device also features a temperature and humidity sensor, allowing you to monitor the environmental conditions. It is compatible with the Smart Life App and supports a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Download the Smart Life App from the App store or scan the QR code provided in the manual.
2. If you are a new user, register by entering your phone number to receive a verification code and set a password. If you already have a Smart Life account, simply log in.
3. Ensure that the device is connected to electricity and your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network that can access the internet.
4. Open the Smart Life App and click on the “+” icon to add a new device.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the device to the app by entering the Wi-Fi password. Wait for the connection to be completed.
6. Once the device is successfully added, you can edit its name and access its control page by clicking “Next”.
7. You can now remotely control your IR home appliances through the mobile app. Additionally, you can view temperature, humidity, time, date, and week directly on the device’s screen.

Preparation for use

1. APP Download Smart Life APP Please scan the QR code or download Smart Life on the App Store.

2. Register or Login
   Download “Smart Life” Application
   Enter the Register/Login interface; tap “Register” to create an account by entering your phone number to get a verification code and “Set password”. Choose “Log in” if you already have a Smart Life account.

3. Configure the APP to the switch
   Preparation: Ensure the switch has been connected to electricity; ensure your phone has been connected to Wi-Fi and is able to connect to the Internet.

The switch only supports a 2.4G network. If you have connected to the 5G network, please disconnect 5G network firstly and connect to the 2.4G network.

Checklist before using the device

• a. Your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
• b. You have input the correct Wi-Fi password.
• c. Your smartphone must be Android 4.4 + or iOS 8.0 +.
• d. Your Wi-Fi router is MAC-open.
• e. If the number of devices connected to the Wi-Fi router reaches the limit, you can try to disable a device to vacate the channel or try with another Wi-Fi router.

Steps for connecting the APP

1. Open the Smart Life/Tuya App and Click“+”, then the prompt page will automatically show on the screen. Click“Add”.Enter your Wi-Fi Password and click “Next”, waiting for the connection completed.
2. Add the device successfully, you can edit the name of the device to enter the device page by click “Next”
3. Click“Done”to enter the device page to enjoy your smart life with home automation.
