Product Usage Instructions
Use
The oil pump set is designed for easy and quick oil changing or draining
fuel from various equipment such as lawn mowers, motorbikes, compressors,
boats, power generators, etc. It is not suitable for suctioning chemicals,
acids, lyes, lacquers, or paints. The operator or user is responsible for any
accidents or damages to people or property. The manufacturer is not liable for
damages caused by improper use or incorrect operation.

- Fuels and lubricants may be harmful to health. Avoid direct contact with skin and the inhalation of fuel fumes. Wash wet calluses with soap and water. We recommend the use of acid and lye resistant protective gloves.
- Before use, ensure that the device is assembled correctly, in order to avoid fluid leaks.
- Do not suck up chemicals, acids, lyes, lacquers or paints.
- Fuel and fuel fumes are flammable!
- Always observe the current fire protection ordinance and the respective state/ federal ordinances for avoiding fires.
- Do not drain fuel or oil while the engine is running or still hot.
- When filling with fuel, ensure good ventilation.
- Do not smoke whilst draining and keep away from any heat sources.
- Open the tank lid with caution, so any excess pressure can release slowly.
- When draining, ensure that no fluid is spilled. Take care when removing fluid that has leaked.
- After changing the fuel or oil, start the filled machine at a distance of at least 3 m from the filling location.
- Correct storage:
- Keep fuels and lubricants safely and out of reach of children.
- There must be no danger of any leaking fuel or fumes coming into contact with sparks or open flames. Sources of sparks may include e.g. electrical equipment.
- Use suitable and authorized containers for storing the fuel and lubricant.
- Dispose of the old materials and soaked cloths correctly (cf. “Disposal / Environmental Protection” chapter).

Unpack the oil pump set and check for completeness.

Function Description
The oil pump set is equipped with a manual pump cylinder. By moving the
pump handle up and down, a vacuum is generated, and the fluid can be pumped
through the suction hose into the catch tank. The universal lock stopper
allows the use of catch tanks with different openings. The oil pump set is
fitted with a manual pump cylinder. Moving the pump handle up and down causes a
vacuum to be generated and the fluid to be pumped will be pumped through the
suction hose and into the catch tank. The universal lock stopper allows the
use of catch tanks with openings of different sizes.
Initial Operation
Assembly:
- Attach the lock stopper to the catch tank.
- Screw the pump cylinder onto the brass thread of the lock stopper.
- Insert the suction hose through the lock stopper into the catch tank.
Pumping Procedure:
Ensure that the catch tank is not overfilled. Take care when removing fluid
that has leaked.
- Insert the suction hose into the open tank or engine through the dipstick hole.
- Move the pump handle up and down several times to pump the fluid into the catch tank.
Cleaning
Keep the oil pump set clean by wiping the surfaces with a soft cloth. Use a
soft cloth to wipe off any leaked oil or fuel. Dispose of soiled cloths
correctly. Do not clean or rinse the equipment with water to prevent
wastewater from entering the environment or sewage system.

Conditions of guarantee
This product is warranted for the period of 24 months from the date of
purchase to the end–user. Warranty is limited to the following conditions.
Warranty is referred only to the
customer goods using for common domestic use. The claim for service can be
applied either at dealer’s shop where the product was bought, or at below
mentioned authorized service shops. The end-user is obligated to set up a
claim immediately when the defects appeared but only till the end of warranty
period. The end-user is obligated to cooperate to certify the claiming
defects. Only completed and clean (according to hygienic standards) product
will be accepted. In case of eligible warranty claim the warranty period will
be prolonged by the period from the date of claim application till the date of
ta-king over the product by end-user, or the date the end-user is obligated to
take it over. To obtain the service under this warranty, end-user is obligated
to certify his claim with duly completed following documents: receipt,
certificate of warranty, certificate of installation…
This warranty is void especially if apply as follows:
- Defects which were put on sale.
- Wear-out or damage caused by common use.
- The product was damaged by unprofessional or wrong installation, used in contrary to the applicable instruction manual, used in contrary to legal enactment and common process of use or used for another purpose which has been de-signed for.
- The product was damaged by un-cared-for or insufficient maintenance.
- The product was damaged by dirt, accident of force majeure (natural disaster, fire, flood, …).
- Defects on functionality caused by low duality of signal, electromagnetic field interference etc.
- The product was mechanically damaged (e.g. broken button, fall…).
- Damage caused by use of unsuitable media, fillings, expendable supp-lies (batteries) or by unsuitable working condi-tions (e.g. high temperatures, high humidity, quakes,…).
- Repair, modification or other fai-lure action to the product by unauthorized per-son.
- End-user did not prove enough his right to claim (time and place of purchase).
- Data on presented documents differs from data on pro-ducts.
- Cases when the claiming product can not be indentified according to the presented do-cuments (e.g. the serial number or the warranty seal has been damaged).
