Assembly precautions

- Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
- Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
- Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only.
- Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded cooler cart.
Use precautions

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
1. Slip kick leg bottom into the hole of the axle.
| 2. Install the axle this way.
| 3. Compress both axle on this side to lock and tighten the two axles.

4. Swivel the hull pad into the hook.
| 5. Repeat the action for the other hull pad.
| 6. Straight end of the axle ,and insert the wheel onto the axle.
7. Clip up the locking mechanism and push it down till it clicks into the lock position.
| 8. Repeat the same on the other side to install the other wheel.
| 9. Load your kayak and tight it well with the straps.
TROUBLESHOOTING, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR
- Before use, please make sure that the Kayak Trailer is installed firmly.
- Before use,make sure the kayak is securely secured.
- No one shall be in a kayak while the kayak is being transported on a kayak trailer
- Kayak trailers are suitable for manual traction only,do not pull a Kayak Trailer with any motor vehicle.
- After each use, remove sand and dirt from the kayak trailer and rinse it off with water.
- Disassemble and fold the kayak trailer for storage when not in use
