RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original receipt in the event of a complaint. CARE AND CLEANING
- Allow the fire pit to cool completely before cleaning.
- When cleaning, do not use polish.
- Remove the barbecue grille and ash.
- Clean the fire pit with a dishcloth, lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and let it dry.
- Do not use sharp objects to clean the barbecue grille. They may damage the surface.
- It is not necessary to clean the barbecue grille after each use. Only remove residues with a brush and then wipe with a paper towel.
- Before barbecuing, oil the grille with a little cooking oil to avoid food sticking to it.
MAINTENANCE
- If the fire pit is used in especially corrosive environments, for example, by the sea, it is even more important to clean it often. Salt and moisture will break down the protective outer layer, which can result in surface rust.
- When the fire pit is not in use, protect it from rain and contaminants in a protected dry and dust-free environment. This stops it from getting dirty and protects it from rust.
- For long-term storage, the fire pit first needs to be thoroughly cleaned, dried and then stored in a dry and dust-free environment.
