Product Information

The Flour Mill Machine is a multi-function flour milling machine designed for grinding various dry materials. It is equipped with a powerful motor and abrasive discs to produce fine powder for baking and cooking purposes. The machine comes in four different models, each with varying power and specifications:

Product Usage Instructions

1. Open the front cover of the machine and assemble the abrasive disc, spring, apical axis, bearing, etc.
2. Insert the hopper into the feed inlet. Do not overload the hopper with too much material to prevent motor blockage.
3. To prevent the abrasive disc from rotating loose, fix it securely into the milling cavity.
4. Only put dry materials into the hopper. Wet materials may cause the abrasive disc to get stuck and hinder powder output.
5. Adjust the working time of the abrasive disc according to the desired powder fineness. Loosen the adjustment nut and adjust the fineness using the adjusting screw. Tighten the nut after adjustment.
6. For dynamic abrasive disc adjustment, remove it first, loosen the screw of the abrasive disc, remove the spring, fix the dynamic abrasive disc, and adjust until both abrasive discs are properly aligned.

Special Safety Rules

• Before each use, check the screws of the abrasive disc and feed hopper for proper tightness.
• After each use, clean and dry the inside of the machine.
• If any part of the machine is damaged or worn out, repair or replace it promptly.
• Do not invert the machine; always keep it in a horizontal position and disconnect power when not in use.
• Ensure the machine is installed horizontally on a stable work table.
• Wait for a moment after turning on the power before adding materials to the machine. Avoid overloading the machine to prevent motor blockage.
• Remove all materials from the machine and disconnect the power after completing the grinding process.
• Only use dry materials and avoid placing metal or stone objects in the hopper.

Assembly Instruction

1. Attach the Motor Cover to the Motor.
2. Place the Motor Bottom on a stable surface.
3. Attach the Hopper to the Motor.
4. Position the Cushion of the abrasive disc correctly.
5. Ensure the Crushing Cavity is properly aligned.

Operation and Adjustment

1. Please open the front cover, fitted the abrasive disc, spring, apical axis, bearing ect.

2. Pls insert the hopper into the feed inlet. Pls don’t put much material into the hopper.every time when the machine are crushing. Avoid to feed too fast and motor stuck.

3. Order to prevent static abrasive disc rotation loose, please fix it into the milling cavity.

4. Please put dry stuff into hopper, don’t put wet stuff.into hopper, otherwise the abrasive disc will be stuck. Then the powder can’t come out.

5. Abrasive disc work time must be adjusted according to powder finess require.
   Adjust it to loosen the adjustment nut, powder finess by adjusting screw to adjust. Please tighten nut after adjusting.

6. Adjust dynamic abrasive disc: remove dynamic abrasive disc firstly, then loosen the screw of abrasive disc. And taken down spring, then fixed dynamic abrasive disc, adjustment abrasive disc until two abrasive
   superposition.

Special Safety Rules

1. Please check screw of abrasive disc and feed hopper if it is ok before using the machine every time.
2. Please clean and dry inside machine after using every time.
3. Please repair or replace the part when the machine parts damaged or abrasion.
4. Do not put the machine inversion please put it horizontal and cut off power.
5. The machine should be installed horizontal on the work table.
6. Please wait a moment to put the material into the machine after turn on the power. Don’t put much material in the machine to avoid much material and motor stuck.
7. Please remove the material from machine when complete the process and cut off the power suddenly.
8. All material must be dry. And don’t left metal or stone and other stuff in hopper.

General breakdown and operation method

For safety, the power cord is 4 square meters, without plug, 3KW grinder requirements: breaker load should be more than 35A, power cord ‘thick should be more than 8mm.If you do not meet this requirement, we recommend to buy a 2.2KW mil.
