TROUBLESHOOTING
Cannot pair to the Enbrighten app
- Confirm the light bar is powered.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Position the light bar and smartphone within 6ft. of the Wi-Fi router.
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network — 5GHz not supported.
- Verify your Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Try manual setup mode — see app for details.
Device offline
- Confirm the light bar is powered.
- Verify your Wi-Fi is working.
- Remove the light bar from the app in the edit device screen and pair it again.
