Indicator Colors

Device Operation Modes

  • To turn on the device, press the power button (3) once.
  • Subsequent presses of the power button will switch operating modes.
  • You can change the mode within 5 seconds after turning on the device.
  • The last used mode is saved in the device settings for the next time the device is turned on.

Device Setup and Connection

  1. Create a new account or log in to an existing account.
  2. Turn on the device by pressing the power button (3).
  3. Ensure that the device battery is not low. The indicator (9) should glow green.
  4. Place your smartphone as close to the device as possible.
  5. On the app home screen, tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner, then tap “Add Device”.
  6. Follow any prompts to turn on necessary features on your smartphone.
  7. The device will be found automatically, and its image will appear in the Autosearch section.
  8. Tap the “Add” button.
  9. In the next window, tap the “+” symbol next to the image of the toothbrush to add it to your account.
  10. Wait until the message “Successfully added” appears.
  11. Tap “Done”. You can now control the device from the app.

Troubleshooting

  • If you experience short operating time after a full charge, it may be due to the device not being used for more than 6 months. The battery may not hold a charge well in this case. Contact a service center to replace the battery.
  • If none of the possible solutions have helped eliminate a problem, contact the supplier or a service center. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.

WARNING! The power adapter is not included in the package. You can use a power adapter from another device if it provides the required power supply parameters: 5.0 V (DC), 1.0 A.

Safety operation rules

The device is not intended for use by children or by persons with reduced physical, mental or intellectual capabilities if they do not have sufficient experience or knowledge in using the device. If you have a pacemaker, suffer from oral diseases, or if you had oral surgery, consult your doctor before using the device. If your gums begin to bleed after using the device and the bleeding continues for several days, contact your dentist. Do not turn on or use a damaged device. Make sure that the voltage and frequency specified in the technical documentation correspond to the power supply parameters. Charge If you have any questions or issues with your AENO device, please contact our online support team support@aeno.com or aeno.com /service-and-warranty. This is a better option than visiting the store and will save you time and effort.  the toothbrush only on the original charging base. Avoid dropping the charging base into water. If the charging base accidentally fell into water, disconnect it from the power supply and then remove it from the water and dry thoroughly. Each family member should use an individual replacement brush head. Replace the brush head at least once every three months. Use only the original replacement brush heads. Do not allow children to play with the device and its accessories. When not in use for a long time, charge the device every 2–3 months to prevent a deep discharge of the battery.

Preparing the device for operation

Charging. Unpack the device and place the charging base (10) on a dry, stable horizontal surface. Connect the charging base to a power source using the USB cable (11). Place the handle (2) on the charging base (10). The LED indicator (9) will start to flicker * green.
When the LED indicator (9) turns solid green, the battery is fully charged, the device is ready for operation. When charging is complete, disconnect the charging base from the power supply.
Installing the brush head. Remove the handle (2) from the charging base (10). Place the brush head (1) on the handle (2), pressing lightly until you hear a distinctive click. When properly installed, there should be a small gap between the handle of the toothbrush and the brush head (see fig. B).

Configuring the device operation modes

Turn on the device by pressing the power button (3) once. Subsequent presses of the button will switch operating modes. You can change the mode within 5 seconds after turning on the device. The last used mode is saved in the device settings the next time the device is turned on.

  • The indicator is on for 3,000 ms and then is off for 300 ms.

Operating instructions

Wet the bristles of the brush head and apply the desired amount of a dental care product to the bristles. Point the bristles of the brush head towards the surface of the teeth at approximately a 45° angle (see fig. C). Press the power button (3) to turn on the device. Brush your teeth without putting excessive pressure on the enamel. Every 30 seconds, the device will remind you to change the cleaning zone by briefly stopping the vibration. Change the cleaning zone after each reminder. The device will turn off automatically after 2 minutes of operation.

  • 4 – “Soft” mode for delicate, soft brushing.
  • 5 – “Clean” mode for daily teeth brushing.
  • 6 – “Massage” mode for gum massage. Recommended for maintaining healthy gums after brushing your teeth.
  • 7 – “White” mode for teeth whitening. Recommended for people who smoke and drink coffee and tea often.
  • 8 – “Smart” mode for operation of the device according to the scenario set in the AENO app. Maintenance

WARNING! Do not wash the device and its accessories in a dishwasher. Do not use chemical or aggressive detergents, abrasive pastes, acids, solvents, or metal sponges for cleaning.
WARNING! The device and its accessories should be cleaned after turning off the device and disconnecting the charging base from the power supply.
The brush head bristles should be rinsed under running water (see fig. D). To remove dirt on the handle of the device, rinse it under running water or wipe it with a cloth dampened with water. Connecting to the AENO mobile app

  • Download the AENO mobile app from Google Play or App Store.
  • Create a new account or log in to an existing account.
  • Turn on the device by pressing the power button (3).
  • Make sure that the device battery is not low. The indicator (9) should glow green.
  • Put your smartphone as close to the device as possible.
  • On the app home screen, tap “+” in the upper right corner, then tap “Add Device”. NOTE. If the system prompts you to turn on any features on your smartphone, follow the prompts.
  • The device will be found automatically, and its image will appear in the “Autosearch” section. Tap the “Add” button.
  • In the next window, tap “+” next to the image of the toothbrush to add it to your account.
  • Wait until the message “Successfully added” appears.
  • Tap “Done”. You can now control the device from the app.

Troubleshooting

  • The toothbrush is not turning on.
    • Possible cause: the battery is discharged.
    • Solution: charge the device (charging time – at least 5.5 hours).
  • Short operating time after a full charge.
    • Possible cause: the device has not been used for more than 6 months and the battery may not hold a charge well.
    • Solution: contact a service centre to replace the battery.
