Product Usage Instructions

1. Assemble the soap hose with the plastic filter using the provided kit (Part No. 7102207).
2. Connect the grey Morflex M22 hose (Part No. 7106622) to the soap hose assembly.
3. Attach the 5-piece nozzle set (Part No. 7102537) to the end of the hose.
4. Install the red engine (Part No. 100853) onto the unit using the provided hardware.
5. Place the 3/4 inch spacer (Part No. 7111995) onto the engine shaft, ensuring it is 12.5 inches long.
6. Secure the shaft key (Part No. 7101506) onto the engine shaft.
7. Mount the pump/motor using the included hardware in the service kit (Part No. 7117730).
8. Connect the AX300 pump (Part No. 540001) to the assembly.
9. Install the thermal relief valve bypass repair kit (Part No. 7101359) onto the pump.
10. Attach the water inlet kit (Part No. 7112354) to the appropriate connection point.
11. Connect the soap injector kit (Part No. 7112362) to the assembly.
12. Secure the rear entry, 2-piece, 3750 PSI, M22 Simpson gun (Part No. 7104228) to the unit.
13. Attach the 16-inch lance (Part No. 7106686) with a 1/4 QC and M22(M) connection to the gun.
14. Use the provided engine mounting hardware (Part No. 7112776SIM) to mount the engine securely.
15. Install the pressure washer wheel (Part No. 7103550) onto the unit’s axle using the cotter pin service kit (Part No. 7103619).
16. Attach the 3-piece rubber strip nozzle holder (Part No. 7113822) to the unit.
17. Secure the 2-piece rubber strip nozzle holder (Part No. 7103619) to the unit.
18. Install the black dashboard grip and handle assembly (Part No. 7117725).
19. Assemble the frame assembly with the pin axle kit and foot service assembly (Part No. 7107068).
20. Attach the knob-bolt assembly handle kit (Part No. 7107067) to the unit.
21. Connect the silver handle (Part No. 7109935) to the unit with a center-to-center measurement of 11.75 inches.
