• DO NOT STORE OR USE GASOLINE, PETROL OR ANY OTHER FLAMMABLE OR COMBUSTIABLE VAPORS AND LIQUIDS IN THE VICINITY OF THIS APPLIANCE.

• THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TO WHICH THE APPLIANCE IS CONNECTED MUST COMPLY WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS. A RESIDUAL-CURRENT DEVICE (RCD) MUST BE INSTALLED.

• DISCONNECT THE APPLIANCE BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS.

• DO NOT LEAVE THE APPLIANCE UNATTENDED WHEN IN USE.

• NEVER USE THE APPLIANCE WITH WET HANDS.

• CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED TO ENSURE THAT THEY DO NOT PLAY WITH THE APPLIANCE.

• THE APPLIANCE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS (INCLUDING CHILDREN) WITH REDUCED PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR MENTAL CAPABILITIES, OR LOCK OF EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE.

• DO NOT PUT UNNECESSARY OBJECTS INTO THE AIR OUTLET AS THIS WILL CAUSE DAMANGE TO THE FAN AND COULD LEAD TO INJURY.

• DO NOT CLIMB UP OR STACK OBJECTS ON THE APPLIANCE.

• DO NOT PLACE BURNING APPARATUS NEAR THE APPLIANCE AS IT MAY CAUSE CARBON MONOIDE POISONING. PRECAUTIONS MUST BE TAKEN TO AVOID THE BACK FLOW OF GASES INTO THE OPEN FLUE OF GAS OR OTHER FUEL BURING APPLIANCES.

• DO NOT PLACE THE APPLIANCE CLOSE TO WALLS, CURTAINS AND OTHER MATERIAL AS IT WILL RESTRICT THE AIR INTAKE.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Funkmaster Hooded Roof Exhaust Fans extract heater, smoke, dust or fumes from all types of buildings including factories & warehouses.
SPECIFICATIONS

ENVIRONMENT OF USE

1. Ambient temperature: -20°C~ 60°C.
2. The max relative humidity is ≤ 90% Below 1000 meters altitude.

INSTALLATION

Remove the appliance from the crate. If the appliance is damaged, please contact Funkmaster or where you purchased the appliance from.

• A qualified tradespersons is required to install this appliance.
• The appliance must be installed vertically and must be level.
• Prepare an opening in the roof. Depending on roof type, the appliance will require a relevant mounting upstand in galvanized sheet metal.
• Flashing and/or foam seal tape will be required.
• Secure the appliance with the appropriate fastenings.
• Test run the appliance to ensure free rotation of the blade and vibration free operation.
• This appliance must be installed by a licensed electrician. All connections must be in accordance with any local regulations. The licensed electrical installer must ensure that an approved means of disconnection be incorporated into the fixed wiring.

Any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 months of the date of purchase of the product. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law: Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to  replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality  and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Any defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the distributor.
• Any product that has not been installed, operated or maintained to a satisfactory level.
• Any damage caused by improper power input or improper cable connection.
