  6. Misting Testing

    • Fill the water tank with appropriate clean water and lid the tank cover and lock casters.
    • Turn the misting ball valve from ON to OFF. Start the fan by pressing the fan switch and check if the fan motor and fan blade run normally.
    • Press the misting button to start the misting motor and water pump and check if the misting motor, misting plate, and water pump run normally.
    • Turn the misting ball valve from OFF to ON to check misting condition.
    • Press the oscillation button to check if the fan head oscillates smoothly.

Feature And Application

  1. Utilize CAD-optimized design, good and graceful looking.
  2. Centrifugal misting system means no nozzles and filter water, with reasonable structure and simple maintenance.
  3. The fan surface is epoxy resin coated, anti-rust, and durable. The fan’s electrical components are designed to be waterproof. Safe to use, with tank cart, easy to move.
  4. Air supplying, misting, and oscillating functions are driven by different motors. Motors adopt high-quality ball bearings, with the advantages of stable, low temperature-rise, long service life, low noise, and strong overloading ability.
  5. The misting function is controlled by an independent switch, with a good misting effect and adjustable misting volume.
  6. The fan is equipped with an independent control oscillation device. Convenient and reliable for use.
  7. Designed for cooling, dedusting, and deodorizing in factories, residential areas, shopping malls, athletic fields, livestock farms, greenhouses, paper mills, tobacco factories and more.

Operating Instructions

  1. Apply the fan complied to the voltage and frequency shown on the rating label. Do not use in a corrosive environment.
  2. When a socket is used in the power supply, the socket should meet the IEC335-1 standard.
  3. When the power liner is from the direct power supply, a polarity switch should be installed with a contact gap not less than 3mm on the fixation wiring.
  4. Oscillating angle adjustment: Loosen hand wheels on the fan’s left side and right side.
  5. Move it to the desired angle and tighten the hand wheels.
  6. Make sure two casters are locked and the tank is filled with a certain amount of water before using the misting mode.
  7. Filled with a certain amount of water, then connect the power supply of the fan and press the fan button to run the fan motor. Press the misting button to run the misting motor and water pump. By pressing the oscillating button, the fan will automatically oscillate.
  8. Misting adjustment between “OFF” and “ON” when the fan runs with misting.
  9. The fan can operate continually for 8 hours with the maximum misting volume when the fan runs with misting. Re-fill the tank to achieve the misting effect when it is short of water.
  10. In the use of a water tank cart, DO NOT force to push the tank cart before opening the bake of the caster. Close the bake of the caster when stopping the tank cart. DO NOT stop the tank cart at the slope to prevent sliding forward.
  11. Clean the tank each time before use. Take out the water pump before cleaning. Pour out the water after cleaning.
  12. Press the misting button to cut off the power supply between misting motor and the water pump, and the fan can be used for blowing.
