Cautions

  1. When opening packing box, please take the machine head out as per direction sign.
  2. Don’t insert hands or any objects into the machine guards and misting plate.
  3. The upward and downward angle of the machine must be adjusted within stated angle range.
  4. Don’t put the machine close to curtain and other easily sucked in objects
  5. Don’t put the machine on uneven place.
  6. Children, elders and weak people can’t stand in front of the machine for a long time.
  7. Type Y attachment – Damaged supply cords to be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or similarly qualified person to avoid hazard.
  8. Please cut off the power and send the machine to qualified technician to check if the running machine emit unusual noise, smoke or machine blade can not run after power supply.
  9. Except for maintenance scope, an unprofessional person should not dissemble repair or rebuild the machine.
  10. Take away non-humidity-proof objects when starting the mist function in order to avoid causing rusty or damage to the objects.
  11. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Maintenance

  1. In order to keep the machine durable, you should clean the machine timely.
  2. Please cut off the power before cleaning and remove the front guard and blade. Clean the machine with soft cloth, ( please don’t use gasoline or other corrosive liquid ) please dry the guard and blade with dry cloth, then install the machine.( Attention:mist plate inside misting system can’t be dissembled ).
  3. Please don’t let water flow into the motor and wet electric elements during cleaning, also don’t press/bend the blade and change the pitch angle of the blade.
  4. In order to keep the water clean in water tank, please wash the water tank, and water-receiving plate at a proper time.
  5. To ensure machine can oscillate smoothly, please add grease oil to the rotary part of the oscillating mechanism every 6 months.
  6. Please clean the machine and seal the whole machine with a plastic bag before long time storage of the machine.

Feature And Application

  1. Utilize CAD-optimized design , good and graceful looking.
  2. Centrifugal misting system means no nozzles and filter water, with reasonable structure and simple maintenance.
  3. The fan surface is epoxy resin coated, anti-rust and durable. The fan electrical components are designed to be waterproof. Safe to use, with tank cart, easy to move.
  4. Air supplying, misting and oscillating functions are driven by different motors. Motors adopt high quality ball bearings, with advantages of stable, low temperature-rise, long service life, low noise, and strong overloading ability.
  5. The misting function is controlled by an independent switch, with good misting effect and adjustable misting volume.
  6. A fan is equipped with independent control oscillation device . Convenient and reliable for use.
  7. Designed for cooling, dedusting and deodorizing in factories, residential areas, shopping malls , athletic fields, livestock farms, greenhouses, paper mills, tobacco factories and more.

Operating Instructions

  1. Apply the fan complied to the voltage and frequency shown on the rating label. Do not use in corrosive environment.
  2. When socket is used in power supply, the socket should meet the IEC335-1 standard. When power liner is from direct power supply, a polarity switch should be installed with contact gap not less than 3mm on the fixation wiring.
  3. Oscillating angle adjustment: Loosen hand wheels on the fan left side and right side. Move it to the desired angle and tighten hand wheels.
  4. Make sure two casters locked and tank is filled with certain amount of water before using the misting mode.
  5. Filled with certain amount of water, then connect the power supply of the fan and press the fan button to run the fan motor. Press misting button to run misting motor and water pump. By pressing oscillating button, the fan will automatically oscillate.
  6. Misting adjustment between “OFF” and “ON” when the fan runs with misting .
  7. The fan can operate continually for 8 hours with the maximum misting volume when the fan runs with misting . Re-fill the tank to achieve the misting effect when it is short of water.
  8. In the use of water tank cart, DO NOT force to push the tank cart before opening the bake of the caster. Close the bake of the caster when stopping the tank cart. DO NOT stop the tank cart at the slope to prevent sliding forward.
  9. Clean the tank each time before use. Take out the water pump before clean . Pour out the water after clean.
  10. Press the misting button to cut off the power supply between misting motor and water pump, and the fan can be used for blowing.
