VIVO MOUNT-V001A Pneumatic Arm Single Monitor Wall Mount

Product Information

This Pneumatic Arm Single Monitor Wall Mount is designed to securely mount a monitor onto a wall. It can support monitors weighing between 4.4-19.8lbs (2-9kg). The mount is equipped with a gas spring arm that allows for easy adjustment and positioning of the monitor. It comes with all the necessary hardware for installation on wood, brick, or concrete walls. Please read the instructions carefully before installing the product.

Product Usage Instructions

Step	Instructions
Step 1	OPTION A: Wood Wall

Use a pencil to mark the drilling location for the wood
beam.
Drill 2.2-inch deep holes using a 3/16 bit. Use a studfinder to
locate the wood beam.
Mount Arm (A) to the wall using Wall Screws (W-A) and Washers
(W-C). Do NOT use Anchors (W-B) for wood beam installation.

OPTION B: Concrete/Brick

Use a pencil to mark the drilling location for the wood
beam.
Drill 2.4-inch deep holes using a 3/8 bit. Use a studfinder to
locate the wood beam.
Mount Arm (A) to the wall using Wall Screws (W-A), Washers
(W-C), and Anchors (W-B) for concrete or brick wall
installation.

Step 2| Press Covers (B) into the screw holes.
Step 3|

Install appropriate Screws (M-A or M-B) with Washers (M-C) in
the top two holes of the monitor, leaving 3mm of space between the
screw heads and the monitor.
Tighten the screws using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
Hang the monitor over the top two slots of the VESA plate.
Install the two bottom screws and then tighten the top screws
using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

Step 4| Tighten the socket screw if the joints are making a popping
sound.Adjust arm tension by turning the screw with the 5mm Allen
Wrench (T-A). Clockwise reduces tension, counterclockwise increases
tension. The tension should be just enough to hold your monitor in
place without lifting itself up.

If needed, adjust bolts on the sides of the hinge behind the
VESA plate to tighten or loosen the tilt angle.

WARNING: Monitor must be installed on the mount before making
tension adjustments to the gas spring arm. Keep the monitor in a
straight orientation when making adjustments.

Step 5| Remove the cable cover by removing the screw underneath.
Step 6|

Insert cables and replace the cover while making sure the
cables have enough slack to allow free movement of the arm.

Step 7| Adjust the monitor position as desired.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1
OPTION A: Wood Wall
Use a pencil to mark drilling location for wood beam and drill 2.2” deep holes using 3/16” bit. Use of a studfinder is recommended. Mount Arm (A) to wall using Wall Screws (W-A) and Washers (W-C). Do NOT use Anchors (W-B) for wood beam installation.

STEP 2
